ParticipantHey @Hreny-James,
Thank you for clarifying this!
That is indeed not a feature that any of our plugins provide. š
Sorry to disappoint about that hereāI hope your support request with the Eventica folks bodes well, though!
If there is anything else I can try to help with here, let me know.
Sincerely,
GeorgeMay 11, 2016 at 12:45 pm in reply to: event calendar pro calendar disappears when you move to previous month #1113391George
ParticipantHey Eric,
Thank you so much for exploring this and for sharing your findings. That DB_CHARSET definition is an interesting one and if that resolves things I would definitely recommend proceeding with that. I do not know of any ill side-effects from this, and in fact the WordPress change to utf8mb4 is a fairy recent one, so there shouldn’t be any fallout.
Thank you for your patience and persistence here. Let me know if there is anything else I can try to help with!

ParticipantHey Benjamin,
I’m sorry we weren’t able to provide a solution before the official launch. I have yet to recreate this problem and it’s still something we have to investigate and try to reproduce before offering a solution. š
I’m so sorry for the trouble here; we’re still working on this though!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Danfeeley,
Thanks for reaching out!
Just to be totally clear so I can best help out here, when you say “below the content”, do you mean right below the content as in above the tickets purchasing form? Or is your ticketing section as a whole currently above the content?
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out! We currently provide simple filters that you can use in your theme to change the verbiage for “Event”, “Events”, “Venue”, “Venues”, “Organizer”, and “Organizers”. The details on doing this are covered here:
ā¢Ā https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-word-events-to-something-else/
ā¢Ā https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/relabeling-the-venue-organizer-sections-in-event-meta/I’m sorry to admit that we don’t yet have a similar easy filter in place for “Tickets”, “Attendees”, etc. But this is something we are actively working on!
If you need to change “tickets” and “attendees” to something else, there is a bit of a “hack”/workaround to pull off changing those words throughout the site. You can read about this method here:
ā¢Ā https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey @Charra,
Thanks for reaching out!
Community Events and Events Calendar Pro are indeed sold separately, so if you want both you have to buy both separately.
But if you are asking if Events Calendar Pro is a requirement for Community Events, no, it is not! š All you need to use Community Events is the core plugin, which is free: The Events Calendar.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Jo,
Thanks for reaching out! Our ticketing plugins unfortunately don’t support the sorts of details and ticketing arrangements you describe at this time. š
The only way to even approximate the sort of behavior you describe here would be very, very extensive code customization:
So for example I want a 3 pack. I choose shows A, B and C. ( I cannot choose AAB or CBB, it must be different) Ideally, once Iāve chosen a show, a dropdown menu that gave me the dates for that show. Or once Iāve chosen all three dates, the show lists appears, a dropdown menu is prompted and then they choose the date.
I’m sorry to disappoint! Let me know if there’s anything else I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear this, Sarah!

ParticipantHey Eric,
I appreciate your patience here, and I have been working to try and reproduce your issue to no avail yet. The “Undefined” string you mention is interesting, and could reveal an issue with the locating of template paths in the plugin.
We’re scratching our heads over this but are determined to fix it; so thanks for sticking with us on this! One thing I’m curious about on http://millvalleymasons.org/ is what the Permalinks settings areāthese are literally located in Settings ā Permalinks in the wp-admin. Are they set to /%postname%/, for example? If not, what are they set to?
Next, is there any chance you could temporarily leave a default theme like Twenty Twelve active on http://millvalleymasons.org/? I can understand if not; and this is indeed a lot to ask. But if you can do this, let me know and I will work as quickly as possible to minimize the amount of time your site is publicly in this state. When in this state, be sure that The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are the ONLY plugins activated, as well (which your system information shows are the only plugins anyway, but just in case you’ve added others in the meantime).
I will take another look and see if anything stands out.
Once more, thanks for working with us here.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantAwesome! I’ll close up this thread for now, but come back any time and open a new thread if other questions ever arise.

ParticipantOkayāI will close this thread for now, but please stay tuned to the next plugin releases as we have some fixes planned that will reduce the loading of assets outside event contexts.
Best of luck with your site,

ParticipantHey Benjamin,
We unfortunately cannot log into customer sites for any reason, but that indeed might an option here if it’s what you’re asking. I don’t have any updates on this issue at this time but am working on it and am trying to see if I can get anyone else on our team who can recreate the problem.
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks Martin!
Cheers,
