Want to renew but no way to login!

Hi! We purchased our license via a web designer a few years ago and now need to renew. Since the web designer did all of the setup we do not have a login and cannot renew! Web designer is unavailable to give us this information. Can someone help me out? I have the previous license number if that will provide any info….
