ParticipantHey Shannon,
There shouldn’t be any problems with 32bit. We generally recommend the same minimum requirements for WordPress itself, which can be found listed and described here β https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey Steve,
Thanks for reaching out.
We unfortunately can only provide very, very limited support for customizations and design tweaksβplease read our support policy here for more informationβbut I am happy to take a look and recommend what I can.
However, you mention having posted a test page URL, but there is no URL visible in your post. π Can you share the link again so I can take a closer look at your exact test page?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Yoni!
I see from your video that prior to import you configure which Organisations and pages to pull events from. Do I need to be affiliated to the organisation and pages or can I pull from any organisations and pages?
You can pull from any Facebook page that is not age-restricted. Facebook does not allow API access for pages or events that are age-restricted for 18-and-older users only.
Does it import the event image?
Yes π
Does it import the event description
Yes π
Does it import the URL of the event? Based on what some discussion on your support Forum it seems that it only displays URL of the event source. If thatβs the case is there a way to customise it to pull in actual event URL?
Do you mean that, once an event is imported from Facebook into WordPress, the version of the event on WordPress includes a link back to the original event on Facebook?
If an imported event is updated on Facebook is there a way to make it get updated on my site as well? Perhaps by importing again?
At this time, there is no automated way of keeping track of this. π So you would have to manually keep track of which events get updated on Facebook; delete the original on your WordPress site; and then re-import that event from Facebook.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey James,
Sorry to see this! This is a result of a code conflict, likely from your theme. It could be from another plugin, but is usually caused by the theme.
I would recommend doing the troubleshooting steps in the following article β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
After EACH STEP in that process, go back to your month view and try to recreate BOTH issues you reported here. Do things improve anywhere along the way in that process?
This process will confirm where the code conflict is coming from, and we can go from there.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge

ParticipantHey Jordan,
At this time there is no way to do more than one month at a time. π
Sorry to disappoint!
The closest thing we have to this feature is a custom code snippet we wrote. It is not an official product or anything, so it may not work, and if it does not then we are unfortunately not able to troubleshoot it. However, it might help.
What you can do is download that snippet here β https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2016/07/tribe-snippet-ical-export.zip
Then, install that .zip file onto your site like a normal plugin.
Once installed, “Activate” the plugin.
Then, you should be able to try using theporneffect.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=year
I hope this helps!

ParticipantSounds good, @Steve.

ParticipantHey Gitu,
The plugin will work fine even if you never enter a license key. So no, it won’t be automatically deactivated or anything.
The license simply signs up your site for customer support, automatic plugin updates, and early access to new major updates.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey Byron,
Thanks for reaching out.
The colors and layout of your site are all entirely dictated by your theme, not our plugin. Our plugin’s styles only provide the basic table and layout structures.
For help customizing and tweaking your site’s design, reach out to your theme author or check out some of the customization resources we have compiled here β http://theeventscalendar.com/customizations
As for the “dots” on the mobile view, this is a design decision we made because there is not enough room in mobile calendars to list the actual events like on the desktop Month View. The dots indicate that the day has events; if a user clicks the day, the actual events pop up listed below the mini month view.
If you want to change that behavior, unfortunately it would require some extensive custom coding. π And so I would again recommend checking out some of the customization resources we have compiled here if you want to make those customizations a reality β http://theeventscalendar.com/customizations
Sorry to disappoint! We are not able to help with design tweaks and such, as per our support policy.
If there is anything else I can try to help with, please let me know.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear about this, Betty!
If possible, can you post your site’s complete system information to this thread? Here is how to do that β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
If that is not possible, then can you please do all of the troubleshooting steps listed on this page? β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
βοΈ After EACH STEP in this article, check on the issue with the event dates, and then also check on the issue with the blank settings tabs. Do things improve anywhere along the way?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Steve,
I went to your site at the domain provided, http://d49.86b.myftpupload.com, but just found a blank white screen. Can you elaborate on where your site is located, specifically?
As for the importing issues:
1. Do event imports work well if you do a manual import?
2. How many visitors do you have to your site daily, roughly? Do you have only a few? None? A few dozen? A few hundred?
3. After you set up your site’s “Hourly import”, how long was it until you visited your site?
4. Can you please post your site’s complete System Information? It’s very easy! Here is how to do it β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge

ParticipantHey Dave,
Sorry for the delayed reply here!
We’ve been looking into this question, as it used to be easily solvable by using a simple code snippet that we used to have here β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-currency-for-eventbrite-tickets/
As you can see, though, that is now a 404 because the code has changed a bit and a new snippet is required.
I am working on getting a new snippet for youβsit tight!
