ParticipantSounds good, Michael. I appreciate your patience here despite the disappointing news; it’s indeed a big project, and who knows—maybe we’ll be able to have REST API integration before 12 months, maybe beyond 12 months…but I just wanted to convey the timeline is a long line, whatever it ends up being in actuality.
Your project sounds interesting and I’m sorry there isn’t enough REST API support from our plugins or WP core at this time to buttress it!
I’ll close this thread for now; open a new one any time if other questions or issues arise.
Best of luck with your project!
Sincerely,
GeorgeOctober 10, 2016 at 12:28 pm in reply to: Want to buy pro but free not working properly Events on Calendar partial popup #1174607George
ParticipantThanks for clarifying things here, Janet.
Does anything improve if you add CSS like the following to the bottom of your theme’s style.css file?
body.post-type-archive-tribe_events .mk-header {
z-index: 1 !important;
}.tribe-events-calendar {
overflow: visible !important;
}
Let me know! 😀

ParticipantHey Murray,
Thanks for reaching out. There is not a way to sort by ticket type at this time but it is something we are looking into for a future release at some point.
As for clearing sales from an Attendees List, the best thing I would recommend here is to delete the event outright. Now that your site live, create the event and tickets anew on the live site and its attendees list should be a clean slate.
↑ If this specific course of action is not possible, can you clarify exactly why not?
Thank you!

ParticipantI think you can, Nico. Let me know if so!

ParticipantHey Jeffrey,
Our plugins don’t provide a CSV export feature, unfortunately; only importing.
You can, however, still totally export and import events content for free, without the iCal Importer.
All you’d have to do is use the XML import/export features built into WordPress.
We wrote up a handy guide for that process here ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-wordpress-export-tools-to-migrate-events-content/
I hope this guide helps! Let me know if so and if there are any other questions I can try to help with.
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Bizdoktor,
Thanks for reaching out.
We unfortunately cannot help with custom coding, as elaborated upon in our support policy. Please read that support policy here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
Also, we do not make the su_button shortcode, so I am not quite sure what is happening here or what you’re trying to do, or why errors keep arising.
With these things in mind, then, I would recommend the following courses of action:
1. First, reach out to the folks who make the su_button shortcode you are trying to add on your site.
2. Next, if you need to do some extensive code customizing here, check out this collection of customization resources we have compiled that might be helpful → http://theeventscalendar.com/customizationsBest of luck with your customizations! 😀

ParticipantHey Paul,
Thanks for reaching out!
Events Calendar Pro does not “do both” features you describe here.
Events Calendar Pro will provide the Map View, but not the Community Events submission forms and such.
Community Events will provide the submission forms and such, but not the Map View.
So, you would need to buy two licenses here.
I hope this information helps you proceed!

ParticipantHey Gene,
Thanks for reaching out.
I am sorry for the frustrations here and can proceed with a refund if you would absolutely like to.
However, I would also be happy to try and address your support concerns directly.
You have indeed posted two threads prior to this one.
First was this one, which was posted on a Saturday.
Next was this one, which was posted literally just a few hours ago.
Please read our support policy here. As it clearly states, “Please note that it may be 24-48 hours (during the week) before we respond to a post.”
☝️ So, with this in mind, do you want to proceed with customer support and try to have us resolve these issues? Or do you want to just proceed with a refund?
If you would like to just proceed with a refund, you can fill out the form here and we will refund your payment promptly → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

ParticipantHey Judy,
Thanks for reaching out!
You do NOT need The Events Calendar or other calendar add-ons to use Event Tickets Plus.
All you need is the core Ticketing plugin, Event Tickets. You can download that for free any time here → https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/
I hope this helps! 😀

ParticipantHey Mike,
I’m glad to hear some progress has been made.
As for your question about the number of installs per licenses, all three of your licenses are Personal Licenses. A Personal License only allows for activation on one domain name.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey James,
Thanks for reaching out.
First, I should mention that if you are seeking to add anything that is not included out-of-the-box with our plugins, then custom coding would be required.
We unfortunately cannot help write custom code, as elaborated upon in our support policy here.
With that being said, can you please share a screenshot of what specific “cities option” you are referring to? I just want to make sure I understand your goals here 100% accurately.
You can share screenshots by uploading the images to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thank you!
