Clearing Sales summary on Attendee list

After several weeks of testing, I have taken my site live. Unfortunately, my attendee list sales summary (on the attendee list page) shows all of my test purchases. Is there any way I can clear those test sales from the summary so that they won’t be co-mingled with actual sales resulting in a horribly confusing summary?

Also, to not be able to sort by ticket type is a serious shortcoming. Is there any way around that?

Hey Murray,

Thanks for reaching out. There is not a way to sort by ticket type at this time but it is something we are looking into for a future release at some point.

As for clearing sales from an Attendees List, the best thing I would recommend here is to delete the event outright. Now that your site live, create the event and tickets anew on the live site and its attendees list should be a clean slate.
