Sorry to see this, Mike!

1. Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you go to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys? Take a full-page screenshot if possible (Google for how to do this in your specific web browser, if you’re not currently familiar with how).

You can share the screenshots by uploading the images to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

2. Do you get this notice for JUST the Filter Bar license key, or for all license keys?

3. What is the exact process you are using to “disconnect” a license key from your dev site?

Thanks,
George

thanks! here you go.

1) note: devgnome.com is cool as it’s my DEV site, but i just need the live site added: http://centerformsc.org/

2) all 3 licenses

3) i disconnected from the Events Calendar account.

thanks,

-mike

thanks for the response, but shouldn’t there be 3 slots per license? i’d like to keep devgnome.com as my dev area, and add centerformsc.org as another of the 3 open slots. why isn’t that adding?? i have removed and re-added a few times on centerformsc.org and they won’t show up.

thanks,

-mike

ok, so i followed these instructions and it worked great for getting the live site on there, BUT i would really like to also get the devgnome.com site back on there so i can test updates/etc on my DEV area.

i should have 3 installs per license, right?

thanks,

-mike

Hey Mike,

I’m glad to hear some progress has been made.

As for your question about the number of installs per licenses, all three of your licenses are Personal Licenses. A Personal License only allows for activation on one domain name.

I hope this information helps!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics.
