November 28, 2016 at 8:57 am in reply to: How to add Start/End Date/Time to Monthly View Template #1198425George
ParticipantHi Mike,
I cannot recreate any troubles with this in the month view.
Can you please copy and paste your FULL customized month view file (the one where these functions don’t work) into a Gist at http://gist.github.com, then share a link to that Gist here in your reply?
I will look at your complete file and try to see what’s going on…
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHi Thomas,
It sounds like your issues are arising specifically from your custom themes. To help us troubleshoot your issues, can you please open a new thread of your own here on the forums? Please include your system information as well so that we can help.
Thanks,

November 28, 2016 at 8:49 am in reply to: For how many events/organizers I can use Event Aggregator without problems? #1198398George
ParticipantHi Mat,
You can indeed make different “batches” of imports within Event Aggregator, to break up the massive number of imports.
As for your question about the problem being solved, I’m not quite sure what “problem” you are referring to?
• If you are asking if there’s some way that more than 100 imports will be allowed for the 100-import license, this will not happen; the 100 import license will only ever allow 100 daily imports.
• If you are asking if there’s a way to let Event Aggregator allow for more events to be imported per event, then this too is not a problem nor is it something we can fix: as noted in my replies above, there are no “hard” limits in our plugins, only limits that arise from the circumstances of your site’s specific infrastructure and server capabilities.
I hope this information all helps!

ParticipantHi Chris,
We’re indeed working on those bugs and I unfortunately do not have a specific estimated timespan for you in which the fix will arrive, but it’s hopefully in the range of no more than another couple of weeks; before 2017 is here, for example.
The ticket will indeed remain open as “Pending Fix”:
• If there is news on the updates, or more specific info about when they will arrive, I will post that news here.
• If there are no new posts from me here in this thread, there is no news.
• I will also of course post an update once the fixes are available. Thanks for your patience here Chris!
Stay tuned to this thread.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks for this Toby!
You should be able to modify the styles of that h1 by using CSS like the following:
.tribe-events-before-html h1,
.tribe-events-before-html h1 span {
font-size: 125% !important;
}☝️ Play around with the actual “font-size” value you choose, etc., and you should be able to style that h1 to your satisfaction.
Cheers!

ParticipantSo sorry to add another step to this process, Toby — but unfortunately the screenshot is not showing up attached to your reply!
You can share screenshots by trying to upload the image directly to this thread again. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Let me know if you can provide a screenshot; I’ll take a closer look and we can proceed from there.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantThanks for this information Erik!
I’ve looked through your system information and don’t see anything outright problematic there. Also, we cannot reproduce these problems and have no other reports of these problems from other users, so what is happening on your site is unique to your site.
This unfortunately means that it’ll take a bit more time and effort to figure out what’s happening.
To get started on that project, I would recommend first doing the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
After EACH STEP in this process, try to recreate the issues you describe: try to see if the “Previous Events” and “next Events” links work, and try to update events in the admin and see if the white screen shows up…
☝️ What do you find when you do these exact steps?
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Ricki,
Thanks for reaching out!
Event Aggregator is not “installed” on your site at all — it’s not a plugin or anything like that. It is actually a service that only gets “activated” if you buy an Event Aggregator license key and add it to your events settings.
So if you don’t add such a license key, there will be no Event Aggregator code affecting your site at all…The Events Calendar just comes with the license key field built into it.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHi there,
Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.
It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!
However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.
If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Erik,
George here again. I tried accessing your events page and was indeed met with the blank page like you describe.
This issue and the other issues you mention are not ones that we can recreate ourselves, nor are other customers reporting these issues, so the issues are currently unique to your specific website.
So to help me investigate this more closely and try to spot the problems, can you get started here by posting your site’s complete, un-edited System Information to this thread? Here is how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

ParticipantThanks for reaching out, @Toby — I took a look at your site but wasn’t quite able to identify an H1 tag with the issues you describe.
Can you share a screenshot that specifies the exact location of an H1 tag with the sizing issue? I will use that for reference to try and better spot the problem and recommend a fix.
You can share screenshots by uploading the image directly to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

ParticipantHi Erik,
A support technician will respond here as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please note our support policy → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
Our response times are one reply every 24–48 hours, and there is no “expedited” support feature that can be paid for or requested.
Additionally, it is currently the day before the Thanksgiving holiday here in the United States, where most of our team is located; as noted in the banner atop these forums, this will lead to some even more delays in response times.
I do genuinely apologize for this but just wanted to set your expectations early.
Stay tuned for actual technical support!
Sincerely,
George -
