MemberGood evening William,
Thank you for providing me with the specifics of your Calendar.
The “good news” is that I was able to reproduce the faulty events. It is as though these events are not taking the timezone setting into account for some strange reason.
Upon further research, it appears that this is actually a legitimate bug that has already been ticketed.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point. But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.In the meantime, your best option is to manually edit the faulty events unfortunately.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Fredrik,
Thank you for clarifying this.
Actually the Facebook event ID also gets stored in the wp_posts table as part of the post title (as I’m sure you found out already). To the best of my knowledge, we do not store the Facebook page ID anywhere.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ajay.
I am glad I got you started in the right direction.
As you can imagine, I can’t possibly teach you PHP basics here, but I would strongly suggest you look at the following link to get started.
Furthermore, if you have a bit of time on your hands, you could navigate the forum for IF conditionals examples (this one for example).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Joseph,
I believe the best thing I can do for you is to recommend the following link: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
With a multisite or unlimited license, will I be able to register it in the parent site then network activate?
So to answer you question, you should totally be able to register the plugin in the parent site and network activate if you have the proper license for it.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Homaya,
so there is no shortcode that can display the whole calendar in a page?
Unfortunately, not at the present moment. But the feature is being programmed as we speak.
That being said, I cannot give you a release date, at least not now.there is no shortcode to list thumbs of events with with info and “read more” button or such?
Not currently as this would be the same code as above.
this are the only short code available?
Yes, currently, the only shortcodes available are those listed in the knowledge base page link.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Joseph and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and we’ll be glad to answer your question.
Does the unlimited license allow for unlimited activation within a multisite?
The unlimited multisite licenses (there are 2 of them, depending on your needs) will allow an unlimited number of activations for 1 year after the initial license purchase for each of the premium plugin that you buy that license for.
Beyond that, the plugins can still be installed, but you will not get any update or support.
Furthermore we cannot guarantee compatibility of these premium plugins with our free plugin or with WordPress beyond that point.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Craig and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and we’ll be glad to answer your questions.
Is it possible to ad links as ticket-links? We dont want to sell the tickets directly but it would be nice to link to a ticket-page?
I am not quite sure what you have in mind without seeing it.
But, the great news is that each event contains a couple of places where you could ad a link to a website of your choice:
- In the content box of the Event (through a normal hyperlink or by adding a link to an image), just like in a normal WordPress post or page
- In the website URL metabox of the event
- In the website URL metabox of the organizer
I am pretty sure that would allow you to do what you are looking for.
Is it possible to add a tour? So it would be nice if its possible to add one concert and than add a second one with the same information but other location and date settings…
My best suggestion to prevent any issues would be to clone the event using a WordPress plugin. After all, an event is a custom post type which makes it really easy to manipulate 🙂
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
