MemberGood evening Eran,
Thank you for sharing the details of your recurrence event
Fair enough about the browsing. Luckily, there’s a plugin to do just that 🙂
Take a look at: https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-browser/
Once installed, you can easily browse through your wp_posts table and even export it if you want to.
What you are looking for is tribe_events post_types
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Adrian,
Thank you for the screenshot
Could you please tell me what the result of the testing for conflicts procedure are ?
The reason I am asking is because it is possible that the issues are caused by:
- A plugin conflict (JetPack and the redirection plugin come at the top of the list)
- Some caching issue (I am not sure if you are using Caching. Maybe through Wordfence security ?) If you are using a caching solution, I would turn it off and empty it while we are troubleshooting.
Could you also tell me if you tried re-saving the settings on Events -> Settings ?
In regards to your second issue, could you please share a screenshot of your Events -> Community settings please ?
Have a good week-end,

MemberGood evening Anthony,
Hmmm, sorry that did not work out for you 🙁
But thank you for trying. It might also be worth trying to switch the WordPress timezone to UTC -6 instead of Chicago (that has proven to work for some of our users).
Also, and I apologize if this seems like an obvious question, did you make sure your turned off and emptied the Cache provided by wp-engine when running the previous test ?
Have a good week-end,

MemberGood evening Laura,
Thank you so much for running the different tests.
Your finding on the Javascript error is interesting indeed. I am unsure exactly how your site is setup in regards to secured vs non-secured pages and it would totally be worth investigating into once we have ruled out other potential causes.
2. Deactivating all the plugins, seems to fix the issue. 4. Activating plugins one by one it has a conflict with Huge IT Video Gallery.
That’s awesome and impressive work! Kudos on finding the culprit.
3. Thought the live search is still not working properly. As I type in the location field, it doesn’t offer any google suggestions. The search location is buggy, As I type nothing shows up.I have to press enter to see the google drop down, sometimes it will show up, and sometimes it wouldn’t.
I’m sorry to hear that. This feature is dependent on the use of Google’s Geolocation API at your webhost level as stated earlier. If you haven’t already it would be worth making sure that you are not under some limitations from the webhost (many of them have a max number of queries they are allowed for a specific IP address).
But what you are describing still sounds like a remnant from the Javascript type conflict. Could you confirm that this is happening while on Twenty-Fifteen with all other plugins deactivated ?
Have a good week-end,

MemberGood evening Laura,
Thank you for sharing the link.
I understand better what you are trying to accomplish now.You did have the right idea about how to hide some of the Sponsors checkboxes using CSS.
The issue you are facing is that if you look closely at the html of the page, you will notice that each element does not have a class (at least not built-in). This is why li.tribe-events-category-my-category will not work for now.
So, it looks like you have a couple of options at your disposal:
- Add a CSS class to each
- checkbox element by doing some template customization (you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a general sense of how that works).
- Use relative CSS rules (e.g.: .tribe_events_filter_item+.tribe_events_filter_item .tribe-events-filter-checkboxes li+li)
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Chad and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for running the tests.
We are sorry to hear about the event page constantly reloading followed by the website crashing, that must be terrible !
I would love to help you with this topic.I was able to reproduce this issue on my version of Safari (all other browsers are fine).
By the looks of it its as though there is either an issue with the Javascript not being able to complete load properly or a redirection not being able to be completed properly. The reason I am taking about redirections is because our plugins use complex redirections and I am noticing that you have 2 redirection plugins in place.
Based on the fact that you did some testing, I am assuming that the issue persists even when the redirection plugins (and the .htaccess changes that probably come with it) are removed ?
Other than that, if the issue is indeed caused specifically by the WordPress theme you are using, I would recommend contacting the theme author.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Shaun and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the shortcode not working to your expectation.
I would love to help you with this topic.Ideally, I would need an example of a page where this issue happens to make sure, but it looks like it’s a matter of CSS.
The link provided displays “There are no upcoming events at this time.”Also, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Joanna and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Normally the details of an event should not go in the sidebar, but that depends a lot on the WordPress theme you are using.
In order to make sure, could you please provide me with a link to your website ? (http://192.168.123.68/ does not resolve unfortunately).
Furthermore, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Laura,
Thank you for the system information and I am taking note of the additional non-responsive behaviour of the filter (which is not normal).
I will await the results of your conflict tests to see what the next steps are.

MemberGood evening Anthony,
Thank you for running all the requested tests.
Based on the screenshot of the timezone settings, could you please try changing the Tribe timezone setting to “Use local timezone for each event” and let me know if that changes anything ?

MemberHey Rochelle,
Thank you for clarifying, it actually helps me help you 🙂
We are almost there. Can you try the yet again updated version of the CSS:
