    Good evening Stephan,

    I just wanted to take a moment to follow up on this with you.

    It seems like our conversation stopped and I would really want to make sure you have reached resolution on this.

    Can you confirm if the latest update fixed things for you ?

    If not, you might want to try the following snippet: https://gist.github.com/elimn/df638214c7bb3b734e8e818e043d2729

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Jonne and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The short answer is no unfortunately.

    This may come as a surprise, but Glotpress for our free plugins is completely outside of our control. For our premium plugins, we do have the power to approve strings.

    So I guess this leaves you with 2 options:

    1. Reach out to the Glotpress Finnish community (via Slack) https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=fi and ask for approval
    2. Download the current version and “fill in the blanks” manually.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Tien and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    What is going on is that we currently do not truly support Event Tickets for recurring events.
    As you have found out, at best, we can offer one set of tickets that is the same for all events.

    The good news is that we are working on that feature and are hoping to be able to release it later this year. Unfortunately, I do not have a date for that yet.

    In the meantime, the only workaround is the following:

    1. Create your event series
    2. Use the “break event” from series on all the events in the series
    3. Create tickets in all of these individual events

    This works because when you break an event from a series, they become single events.

    I realize this is not great, but it should buy you some time.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening James and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a troubleshooting first step, I would need to be able to see your homepage.
    Unfortunately, it looks like it’s password protected for now.

    Would it be possible to have the credentials (via a private reply to access your site) ?

    Secondly, can you tell me if you are using the shortcode on your howe page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ or if you are using the option from Settings > Reading in your wp-admin interface ?

    Finally, would it be possible to get a screenshot of your settings for Events -> Settings -> Display ?

    Hang in there!

    Good evening Jacquie and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have faced while trying to embed single events.

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    First of all, I would highly recommend upgrading the Events Calendar Pro to it’s latest version (4.4.3).

    Secondly, can you confirm you have read and followed the instructions found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/ ?

    If none of this works, could you try temporarily deactivating the Monarch plugin and reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Signe and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the faulty display of the venue. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) ?
    I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    I understand this might not be a theme conflict, however I would like to be able to reproduce the issue on my end.

    In the meantime, try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-event-meta .tribe-events-meta-group address.tribe-events-address {
    padding: 0 !important;
    }

    .tribe-delimiter, .tribe-region {margin: 0px 6px 0px 0px;}

    .tribe-events-gmap {display:block; clear: both;}

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-style-full .tribe-events-tickets {
    background: black !important;
    }

    #tribe-events .button {background: #3f7ccd !important;}

    Good evening Georg and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch impacting some of our users.
    We are actively working on a fix for this.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.

    But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.

    In the meantime, there are a couple of things worth trying:

    1. Could you head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for Events Template ?
    2. Could you tell me which version of Divi you are using ?

    Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Georg and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the number of events not being accurate in photo view.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I would recommend trying to change the setting in Divi under http://www.kunst-kompass.info/wp-admin/admin.php?page=et_divi_options .

    More specifically, look for Number of Posts displayed on Archive pages.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Good afternoon Martine and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

    Thank you for your interest in our products.
    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    I am looking to have my bilingual website to show the event calendar in both french and english. I am able, with WPML to have my posting appear in french but the top menu ( months-days ) are showing in english only…why?

    If you have not already, I would highly recommend you go through the following 2 topics:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/

    Most likely, you the months are not showing up in french because:

    1. The WordPress files for French might be missing
    2. There might be a missing configuration from the instructions above

    Could you try that and share a URL so that I can take a look as well ?

    And to answer your second question, no, you do not need Pro 🙂

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Derek,

    Sorry if I created some confusion here. This was not my intention, as you can imagine.

    When you say that the additional fields “are part of the Events Calendar plugin,” does that mean that if I’m not using the Events Calendar plugin, that I won’t be able to access the information collected in those additional (meta) fields once a purchase is completed?

    What I meant is that these fields are generated by Event Tickets Plus (not the Events Calendar).

    For us, these plugins are all part of the same big family. Hence my inaccurate reference. My bad.

    So in short, you do not need the Events Calendar (unless you want to use it).

    Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?

    Have a great day!
