MemberGood afternoon Frank and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that Divi’s setting for the number of archive posts to display is taking over.
This leaves you with 2 options:- Tweak that setting in Divi’s options
- Download and use our extension that is meant to tackle that very issue: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The simplest solution is to head over to the String Translation menu and search for each month’s string (e.g.: september).
Make sure ALL of the month strings (not only the ones coming from the the Events Calendar domain) get translated.
Normally, this should fix the issue.
Have a good weekend,

I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that Eventica is registering some of the strings to the theme text domain instead of the Events Calendar (if I recall correctly).
This means that you have a couple of solutions:
- Find and replace Eventica text-domains in the theme’s /tribe-events/ folder (you can compare against the files found in the plugin’s /tribe-events/ folder.
- Update the Eventica language files to include the missing translation.
My personal recommendation would be number 1. In fact, I recommend you reach out to the theme author’s to suggest that they put that in place.
We have been working long and hard at improving our language files. It would make sense that the theme piggy’s back on that. But that is just my opinion.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon,
Thank you for writing back.
The functions.php to modify is your theme’s (not our plugin’s).
2 words of cautions though:- Do NOT include the snippet’s opening <? PHP part in your functions file (there should already be one in place)
- Please use FTP or File manager to modify your functions.php file. This way if something goes wrong, you can roll back.
Have a good weekend,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.my client needs to display events at 1 min intervals and not 5 min intervals as current functionality
You can achieve that by typing in the time manually with the keyboard (instead of using the time picker)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Kate,
I am so glad to hear that you are so close to the goal.
I was kinda expecting this to be positioned in the screen that shows final ticket confirmation, having made the purchase.
That is actually a very interesting suggestion. I will add it to the extension feature request list.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when it is released.
With that in mind, most customers really like the option of having the possibility to download and print the ticket from the email they receive.
if I wanted to add this to the page (the final confirmation page with all the details on it) then I’d have to get a WP bod to do the coding for me?
That is correct. Right now we do not have a solution to add this to the WooCommerce confirmation page.
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

MemberGood evening Amaury,
Awesome.
It is actually much simpler than it looks once you get started.Give it a shot and run your experiments by me if you want (probably via your theme files).
We do not provide full customization support, but we love pointing people in the right direction and getting them started on the right track. If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know how that goes.
