    Hi there, Justin. Sorry you’re still hitting some trouble here. Since we were able to narrow the conflict down to the theme, getting a response from the theme author for guidance is going to be the most solid way to solve the issue.

    In the meantime, you may want to also confirm that you are using the “Default Events Template” in the Events > Settings > Display.

    An alternative could be to set up your own page template in the theme and use that to override the issue the theme is causing. You can find more information on setting up your custom templates for the calendar in our Themer’s Guide.

    Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you, but I hope this helps point you in the right direction.

    Cheers!

    Hi there, Thomas! Thanks for getting in touch. 🙂

    Great question. The Developer license is the highest level of licensing we have available and covers support and updates for up to 10 sites. You can purchase additional licenses if you’d like to add support for more sites.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know and thanks again for reaching out.

    Cheers!

    Hi there, Frederick! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. We hope you’re enjoying the plugin so far. 🙂

    Great question. I do want to note first of all, though, that we are fairly limited in terms of helping out with custom development questions like this one. That said, we’d love to point you in the right direction if we can.

    If you check out our Themer’s Guide, you could probably make a template override to display what you want.

    You just need to make a copy of the template file (located at /wp-content/plugins/wootickets/views/wootickets/tickets.php), add it to the override in the appropriate spot, and print out $ticket->stock where you would like to put it.

    For example if you add

    71 echo “<td nowrap=’nowrap’ class=’tickets_stock’>”;
    72 echo $ticket->stock . ‘ left’;
    73 echo “</td>”;

    After the ‘tickets_price’ column, it will add a stock column to the table.

    Does that make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Good question. I see it’s marked “Under Review” on that page, which means we’re looking at a way to build it, but haven’t included in on the roadmap for an upcoming release yet. I’d encourage you to add your vote if you haven’t already so our team sees the demand for that feature.

    I do know that a significant overhaul to our ticketing platform is in the works. I don’t have an official date for when it’s coming, but it looks like it could happen early next year. No guarantees on that though or whether it would include this specific feature. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi there, William! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. Sorry you’re hitting some trouble here, but let’s see if we can figure it out together. 🙂

    So it sounds like you’ve installed the The Events Calendar PRO (3.8.1) plugin through WordPress and the files are not appearing on your server. That’s definitely odd!

    Look in the plugins folder. In your FTP application, head over to the root directory for your WordPress <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>installation and then go to /wp-content/plugins. Check to see you have the following two plugins installed:</span>

    • the-events-calendar
    • events-calendar-pro

    Are those two plugins in there? If so, great! The files are there. 🙂

    If not, are you able to extract the ZIP files for both plugins and upload them via FTP manually? That would solve the issue since you know you are uploading them to the right place yourself.

    On a second inquiry, is it necessary to be running both “The Events Calendar” and “Events Calendar Pro”?

    Yes, both plugins are required. The Events Calendar is a free plugin that provides the core functionality for the calendar. The Events Calendar PRO is an add-on that provides additional functionality (e.g. recurring events) to the core.

    As an additional note, we suggest that the versions of both plugins should be synced. For example, if you have The Events Calendar 3.8.1 installed, then use The Events Calendar PRO 3.8.1 as well.

    In your situation, it sounds like you would benefit from a fresh start:

    • Back up your site files and database
    • Delete the existing The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO plugins from /wp-content/plugins, if they are there (or do it from in WordPress under Plugins > Installed Plugins)
    • Re-download The Events Calendar from the WordPress plugin directory
    • Re-download The Events Calendar PRO from the Downloads page of your account
    • Extract the ZIP files
    • Upload them via FTP to /wp-content/plugins
    • Activate The Events Calendar
    • Activate The Events Calendar PRO

    If this process doesn’t work, then it may be something that needs to be tested further for conflicts, or something to contact your host about to see if they are blocking the plugins from being uploaded.

    Give these steps a shot and let me know what you find. 🙂

    Cheers!
