    Hi there, Brian!

    I checked into the status of the ticket for you and see it is expected in our next release, which is just around the corner. I don’t have a specific date to offer, but it looks like it is coming within the next couple of weeks.

    I’ve noted this thread in our system and will do our best to follow up with you here when the update has been released. In the meantime, keep your eyes open for the update, which will include this fix.

    Good question. I see it’s marked “Under Review” on that page, which means we’re looking at a way to build it, but haven’t included in on the roadmap for an upcoming release yet. I’d encourage you to add your vote if you haven’t already so our team sees the demand for that feature.

    I do know that a significant overhaul to our ticketing platform is in the works. I don’t have an official date for when it’s coming, but it looks like it could happen early next year. No guarantees on that though or whether it would include this specific feature. 🙂
