MemberThanks Aris! Hope you had a great weekend and I appreciate you following up here.
I wish we had a snippet for this as well. At the same time, it would be pretty tough to snippet this exact thing because it requires hard coding in the templates to create the sidebar and that something you’d probably want to do in a way that blends in well with your theme. 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but let us know if any other pre-sales questions come up ahead of purchase and we’d be happy to help.
Cheers!

MemberHi Dean,
Yes, that is correct. To be honest, it’s a little tough to untangle which Event Aggregator Licenses licenses are related to the Facebook Event purchases and which are the ones that were purchased but, yes, you do have two spare licenses in there that were on the house.

MemberYou bet! There is indeed a shortcode with date attributes that come with Events Calendar PRO. In fact, we have a guide on how to use the date filter in it here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Another way to go about it is to use the tribe_get_events() function to build your own query on a custom page template:
Will either of these methods work for you? Let me know!

MemberHi Kallol,
The Agency license is good if you’re going to install the plugin on all 10 sites on the network. It gives you up to 10 sites where you can enter the license key to enable automatic updates and access support.
Multisite, on the other hand, both grants you automatic updates and access to support while only requiring you to install it at the network level.
Cheers!

MemberThanks Jacob!
I might be misunderstanding, but attendees appearing in the admin but not in the spreadsheet sounds like a different issue than we’ve been discussing.
Let me confirm two things with you before I move forward with ticketing this for you:
- Will you please take a screenshot of the attendee list for the event that you provided me a spreadsheet for and indicate which attendees are displayed in the admin, but not in the spreadsheet?
- Which of the three scenarios from my last reply matches up with the issue where an attendee does display in the spreadsheet, but there is no data for that attendee?
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Aris and thanks for following up!
That ‘s a good question. I think it would be possible to show the recurring events in a sidebar, though it would take some custom development on your part — in other words, the calendar’s layout is different right out of the box but it can be modified by editing the plugin templates.
Did you have any other questions about the plugin? Let me know and I’d be happy to help!

MemberHi Mark,
Adding this to your theme’s stylesheet should help until an official patch is released:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-meta { float: left !important; }Here’s how that looks when I test it out.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for following up!
I was able to find a couple of tickets in our system for an issue that may be related to what you’re mentioning here.
But, first, to make sure I’m not missing anything and properly diagnosing this, I want to point out a couple of quirks about the registration form:
- If the customer changes the quantity of tickets in the cart after they have completed the registration fields, then those tickets will not have data because the cart does not include the registration fields. This is not a bug, but something worth mentioning.
- If the cookie of the current session expires (like the customer takes a long time to complete the order), then the information will be lost. This is a bug and is ticketed in our system.
- If the customer does not have Javascript enabled in their browser, then the customer will not see the registration fields and thus not be able to provide that information. This, too, is a bug that is ticketed in our system.
Do any of these properly capture what might be happening on your site? In other words, do any of these three help explain why Orders 1381 and 1144 do not contain the information the registration form asks?
One way to check is to look at the attendee report in the WordPress admin itself. If the information is contained in there, then they would have completed the form. If the information is not there, then it’s likely to be one of the above scenarios and I can help make sure this gets properly ticketed.
Thanks!

MemberHey Romy, thanks for following up!
I’m afraid that none of our plugins support taking payments for event submissions and to associate certain posting features with payment levels. The closest I think you will get is using Restrict Content Pro, I’m afraid, but it will not restrict what posting features are made available in Community Events.
Sorry for the bad news, but does this help answer your questions?

MemberHowdy Mark,
Hope all is well!
We are indeed aware of this. We posted an announcement about it with a temporary workaround while we work on an official patch:
I’ve made a note of this thread in our open ticket for this — we’ll follow up with you when the update ships. 🙂
Cheers and thanks for the heads up!

MemberHey Luke,
Thanks for getting in touch! I hope you’ve been enjoying Events Calendar PRO so far. 🙂
Did you happen to resolve the layout issue on your own? I tried visiting your site on both a desktop and mobile device (iPhone 7+) and the calendar appeared to work correctly. Here’s a screenshot of what I saw on the small screen.
Let me know if you still see a layout issue and perhaps what device you’re using and I’d be happy to look into it further, if needed.
Cheers!

MemberHey Steffen,
Nice mockup! That looks awesome and would be a sweet customization of the calendar. 🙂
Good question. There is really no option for showing more than one day at a time in Day View — it’s designed to display one day at a time and customizing the template would be a big task.
List View is more suited for the task because it already divides the event posts by date, but will still require some custom tinkering.
The biggest sticking point to me is how to always ensure that 7 days are displayed. You could use the setting for how many posts per page if you know exactly how many events there are each week. However, there is no setting or automated way to change that dynamically right out of the box.
Sorry for the bad news, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers,

MemberHowdy Krystal,
Sorry for any confusion here!
I think the reason for the confusion is that we are not selling any tickets here. In fact, we are a company that makes WordPress plugins and sells them here on this site. One of the plugins we make helps other people sell tickets for the events they publish in WordPress, but we do not sell any actual tickets (or run events) here as a company.
You might want to get in touch with the folks who run the site where you found a link to this site. You’re also welcome to share it with me here and I’d be happy to see if it makes sense to me.
Cheers!

MemberHi Emanuele,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I think both plugins will ultimately work for you, but would recommend Events Aggregator. It’s going to fully replace Facebook Events this year and continue to receive new features whereas Facebook Events is slowly being phased out and not receiving the same sort of release updates.
The other big difference is that Event Aggregator gives you more options for importing events from Facebook and for how you manage your imported events. It’s really much nicer, in my honest opinion.
Another good thing about Event Aggregator is that there is nothing to install. It’s already included in The Events Calendar. Simply purchase a license, enter it in The Events Calendar plugin settings and it will give you access to the importing features in Events > Import.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!
