    Hello Kallol,

    Thanks for reaching out! I hope the plugins are a good fit for your multisite project. 🙂

    Good question. We do offer a multisite license, which allows you to install and activate the plugin at the network level and where you only need to enter the license once. That is your best shot as far as ease of use goes with a multisite network.

    However, you can theoretically purchase the Agency level license and install the plugin on every site in your network individually. This will provide you with support and plugin updates for all 10 sites. The difference is that you will need to install the plugin on each site individually and update the plugins individually when updates are available.

    The decision is ultimately up to you. The Multisite license ($350) is a little more expensive than the Agency license ($299), but is a little easier to manage and maintain.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Aris,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    Yes, Events Calendar PRO does include a feature that allows you to show related events on an event post and those related events are based on the category of the current event. So, while you cannot set which specific events to display, you can be assured that there will be events from the same category being displayed.

    This is the setting:

    support-ecp-relatedevents

    This is what it displays:

    support-relatedevents-display

    I want to show different start-dates on a single event.
    So if an event starts 12th, 17th, 23rd and 24th – I wanna be able to show the different startdates on a single event.

    Events Calendar PRO also includes Recurring Events as a feature, which allows you to set up an event that repeats on different days (and possibly times). The recurring event times will not be displayed on the page, but there will be a “Show All” link on the post that allows people to click and see all the events in the recurring series on one page.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Max,

    Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!

    We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

    If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our <u>WordPress.org support forum</u>.

    Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

    In the meantime, you might want to consider using CSS to hide any elements. We have a handy tutorial on how to locate CSS classes and another one on how to customize the calendar styles.

    Thanks so much!

    Hello Alicia,

    Great question — each plugin contains unique features and is sold separately. In other words, you can purchase, install and activate Eventbrite Tickets without Events Calendar PRO.

    The only requirement to use Eventbrite Tickets is The Events Calendar, which is a free plugin.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Hey Romy,

    Good question! While Community Events is unable to take payments for submissions to the calendar, one idea might be to use Restrict Content Pro — that would allow you to create a paywall so that folks would need to pay in order to access the Community Events submission form.

    https://restrictcontentpro.com

    Does that sound like it will work for you? Please let me know.

    Thanks so much for the info!

    The good news right out of the gate is that the spreadsheet does indeed line up with the registration fields you created for the event. In other words, each field in the screenshots has a column in the spreadsheet.

    I do see where where some columns have no data in them. Are all the fields in your registration form required? If not, then that would explain why there are blanks because the attendee may not have completed the field.

    As for duplicate tickets in the spreadsheet, I am not seeing any. All of them look like unique tickets with different Ticket IDs and attendee data. You mentioned a specific person, Mike Weatherly. but I did not see him in the spreadsheet. However, you referred to him as someone who was duplicated in multiple events — but that is a possibility since someone can register for any event and as many events on the site. IS it possible that he registered for more than one event?

    I think everything appears to be working correctly. But if you can help me replicate an instance where someone has entered and submitted information to the registration form and that the information does not make it into the exported file, I’d be happy to dig into this a little deeper. My hunch at the moment is that some folks simply did not enter the information, but confirming whether or not the fields are required will help determine if that’s the case.

    Thanks!

    Hey Dean,

    Awesome, and thanks for understanding!

    Question, when we renew these for the client next year, lets say we renew in Jan 2018 will the expiry be set to Nov (a year from its current expiry) or from the day we pay?

    It will be from the day you renew. So, if you renew on January 5, 2018, the license will be up for renewal again one year from that date.

    We have more licenses than we should and the wrong license we want to be using doesn’t have its expiry for 10th Nov.

    I went ahead and pushed the renewal date for ***93570 to 11/10/17 and removed the three Event Aggregator licenses. The reason you had extra Event Aggregator licenses is because we provided those to you for free for having Facebook Events licenses. We gave free licenses for anyone with either Facebook Events or iCal Importer licenses to demo the new service.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

    Thanks for the link!

    Try adding this to your theme’s style.css file:

    #top .tribe-events-adv-list-widget span {
    display: inline !important;
    }

    That will ensure that the times display on the same line. However, the font size if the times is still large enough to where the times go into a second line, so you might want to change that to something smaller as well. Not sure if this will do the trick, but you might have to play with it a bit to get the right CSS class and size to work with your theme:

    #top .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-events-duration span {
    font-size: 10px !important;
    }

    Thanks for understanding!

    I’m looking specifically for:

    • Identify the information that was exported and what was missing from it
    • A screenshot of the settings for the tickets in the event (example)

    My pleasure! Sorry again for not having something more solid for you here, but I’m glad to help get the ball rolling.

    For you reference, the tempalte you can find that markup is:
    /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/loop-grid.php

    I’ll go ahead and close this thread but let us know if any other pre-sales questions come up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Hey Isuru, thanks for following up!

    note: I need to display main calendar Day view As Mon Tue and so on instead of Monday Tuesday ….

    Oh, gotcha. This is different and I’m afraid there is no direct setting for this. Instead, you will need to override the Month View template and replace the existing day names with abbreviated versions. You might be able to write a filter instead using the tribe_events_get_days_of_week()  function.

    Or, perhaps another way to go about it is to update the translation files for the plugin so that full day names are always abbreviated.

    Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but I hope this at least helps get you started in the right direction. If you have any other pre-sales questions, I’d be happy to answer those. If you have additional technical support questions, then please do post them on our WordPress.org support forum and we’d be happy to help as best we can on our next pass.

    Cheers!
