GuestIf I purchase the Agency version (10 sites) for MULTI-SITE wordpress platform, will it be separate license key for each site?
For example: if customer wanted to take their site out of the multi-site to a different standalone hosting, will they be still able to receive support for that individual website?Or shall we purchase 10 plugins for each one of the multi-site website?
Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out! I hope the plugins are a good fit for your multisite project. 🙂
Good question. We do offer a multisite license, which allows you to install and activate the plugin at the network level and where you only need to enter the license once. That is your best shot as far as ease of use goes with a multisite network.
However, you can theoretically purchase the Agency level license and install the plugin on every site in your network individually. This will provide you with support and plugin updates for all 10 sites. The difference is that you will need to install the plugin on each site individually and update the plugins individually when updates are available.
The decision is ultimately up to you. The Multisite license ($350) is a little more expensive than the Agency license ($299), but is a little easier to manage and maintain.

For the Pro & Add-on plugins licenses, after a year when the key expired, will the plugins stop working and require me to pay for a renewal? Or it will continue to work other than the update & support?
Another thing is I really need assistance on finding the right documtation on how I could customize the presentation of the event calendar such as glossary of short codes. I find it really hard to search within the haystacks of forum & knowledge base, this is important especially for a newbie like me.
Please advise.

The Agency license is good if you’re going to install the plugin on all 10 sites on the network. It gives you up to 10 sites where you can enter the license key to enable automatic updates and access support.
Multisite, on the other hand, both grants you automatic updates and access to support while only requiring you to install it at the network level.
