MemberHey there,ย Communicatio!
Sorry for the trouble with Month View here. I do see what you mean, so let’s see if we can figure this out together. ๐
Firstย off, I see you noted trying:
Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Switched to a default theme? YesDid you happen to notice a difference in those conditions? How about when deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen) together?
There also appears to be a lot of caching on the site. If you’re using an caching plugins (or your theme or host uses it), please be sure to clear that out when following these troubleshooting steps because that can have an impact on the testing as well.
Let’s start there and see what we find. ๐
Cheers!

MemberOh shoot, sorry for closing the thread too early Mandarina! I should have gotten a firmer confirmation from you before doing that — my apologies.
I’m afraid that the heart of the issue here is that there is a conflict with WPML and The Events Calendar that is preventing the two from working together. We are aware that conflicts like this do exist and hope to do what we can on our end to address them, but it will take some work on the WPML end as well to make sure the two integrate seamlessly.
Sorry, I really wish I had better news to share here but does this at least help answer things? Please let me know, and I promise not to close the topic too early this time. ๐
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey Tony,
Thanks so much for the kind words! I’m really stoked to hear you’ve been loving the plugins. ๐
Grouping tickets would be a rad feature but I’m afraid it’s not out of the box. There is something similar posted to our feature request forum dealing with ticket bundles — it needs more votes too, so please add yours there if it’s something you’d like to see. I can see how that would be super handy, especially from a merchandising standpoint. Tickets themselves are already a category of Products in WooCommerce, but subcategorizing them further would certainly provide more options. Nice idea!
Sorry I don’t have a solution for you at the moment, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!

MemberThat’s great! Yeah, I do think repeating that process would be an ongoing requirement since there is a conflict between the two plugins. The excellent news though is that it works — some conflicts with these plugins don’t have workarounds like that.
By the way, nice work having a local environment to test on! That helps a ton. ๐
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but do please start a new one if anything else pops up and we’d be happy to help.
Cheers!

MemberHi Cindy,
That’s a n excellent question and I wish I had better news for you. We are working on expanding the CSV Importer in future releases, but I haven’t seen anything specifically for addressing Cost and Tags. I do think those would be super handy and it would be great if you have a moment and would be willing to add that to our feature request forum so it’s on our radar and we can look into it.
Sorry I don’t have better solution for you at the moment, but does this at least help answer your question? Thanks again for reaching out.
Cheers!

MemberHi Lars,
Thanks for getting in touch and good question!
You can edit the photo view in this file:
/plugins/events-pro/view/photo/single-event.php…and the list view here:
/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/list/single-event.phpLet me know if this helps get you to the code you’re looking for. ๐

MemberThanks so much for the screenshot — that’s exactly what I was looking for. ๐
Are you using a multilingual plugin by chance? The Events Calendar is incompatible with most multilingual pluginsย which could explain what’s happening here.
Will you please run through these troubleshooting steps so we can see if there are any conflicts?
Thanks,

MemberAh, thanks for confirming! Knowing that PRO is on 3.2 definitely helps explain things. Updating it to the latest (we just released 3.10.1 last night) should get us to a better spot.
The other option you have is to revert The Events Calendar and Community Events down to 3.2 as well — either way, the goal is make sure all the version numbers are in sync so the features are aligned. ๐
Cheers!

MemberThanks for the screenshot, Mandarina! Do you happen to have one for the event you published as well? It should look similar to the settings I shared earlier (here it is again).
Thanks so much!

MemberHey there, Mandarina! Nice to see you again and sorry for the trouble here with recurring events.
All of those instances should definitely be showing for you — especially since you’ve already unchecked the setting to show only the first instance. Nice work finding that knowledgebase article and using it to check!
I tried setting up a recurring event that repeats every week and it seems to show all the instances for me. Are your settings perhaps different from mine? Here is a screenshot of mine. Let me know if yours are different and, if they are, it would be great to see a screenshot so I can compare.
Let’s start there and see what we can find. ๐
Cheers!
