MemberHey there, everyone!
This thread has been quiet for a little while now and we close threads that have been inactive for two weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and close this one as well.
I do hope my last reply helped clarify things a bit, as I know translations have been a hot topic since the 3.10 release. We are currently accepting, reviewing and approving translation submissions on the new translations site. If you’ve been using that, great! If not, here’s a Knowledgebase article on how to get started.
Please feel free to open a new thread if there are still any questions here and we’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Ania, thanks for reaching out! I’m stoked you’ve upgraded to the latest version but am sorry for the trouble here — let’s see if we can clear that error message here together.
First off, do you happen to have any custom templates in your theme folder that may have been used with the older version of the plugin? For example, do you see a folder in your theme directory called tribe-events and does it have files in there? Or how about snippets in your theme’s functions.php file that were used to customize the calendar in the past? Just want to rule those out before we start troubleshooting much deeper.
Also, is the message still there when you activate a default WordPress theme? Try activating the Twenty Fifteen theme that ships with WordPress and see if the message comes up there as well. If it goes away, then that gives us a better clue of where to look.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Larissa, and welcome to the forums! I’m stoked you’ve made the switch to The Events Calendar and will help you get back on track here. 🙂
Do you currently have a published page called Eventos when you go to the Pages > All Pages (or Spanish equivalent) from the WordPress dashboard? If so, please delete it, or give it a different name and slug because it is conflicting with the page that The Events Calendar is trying to automatically create for you with the same title title and slug.
The Events Calendar creates its own page for you, so you don’t need to set one up in order for the events to work — try removing that other page completely and let’s see if that does the trick.
Cheers!

MemberHey there nsidhom! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome back to the forums. If the address of the venues on your site are any indication, then we’re actually in the same neck of the woods at the moment — so howdy neighbor. 🙂
I think we can add some spacing there with a little CSS. Give this a try in your theme’s stylesheet to see if it does the trick:
.tribe-events-address abbr,
.tribe-events-address .postal-code {
margin: 0 2px;
}
You may need to fiddle with that just a bit to get things just right, but should give you a good head start on building in some more breathing room in there.
Cheers!

MemberHi Ajax,
I just tried accessing your site and it seems to be down. Is there another way of getting there or is there a different site I can visit?
The fact that you’re only seeing the Event List option makes me wonder if The Events Calendar PRO is active. I know it sounds dumb, but will you please check that the plugin is fully installed, at version 3.10.1, and has been activated under Plugins > Installed Plugins?
If it is, are other PRO features gone as well? For example, are you able to create a recurring event when publishing a new event post?
Thanks!
GeoffGeoff
MemberHello Jan,
Sure thing! Here is a screenshot of the settings that would give you a recurrence pattern of every Wednesday and Saturday each week.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other recurring events questions I can help with. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberThanks for following up and sharing the link!
Just curious, do you use a custom template for the list widget? For example, do you have a folder called tribe-events in your theme directory and does it have any files in it?
Or perhaps, do you use any snippets in your functions.php file for the calendar?
I just want to rule out any modifications before troubleshooting a little deeper. 🙂
Thanks!
