MemberAwesome, thanks Mourad! I went ahead and opened a new translation set for Arabic right here for you. Please feel free to download the files from there and start contributing translations right there from the site. Thanks so much for your help!
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since I saw it was marked “Resolved” but please open a new thread if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

MemberHi A S,
Sorry, didn’t mean to add to the confusion here!
You should still be receiving automatic updates in that case, despite the message. In fact, you can read more about how a Personal License can be used on a multisite network in this article.
Sorry again for the confusion and I hope this helps!

MemberHi Paul, thanks for reaching out!
Good question. You can indeed include Tickets in the WooCommerce Shop. In fact, if you head over the Products tab in your WordPress dashboard and click on an existing ticket, you can set the ticket visibility (screenshot) so that it displays in the WooCommerce catalog.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello Gail and welcome to the forums!
I just checked the site and was able to see the the image and event description in the tooltip (screenshot). We were you perhaps able to resolve this on your own? Or maybe I’m missing something and you can help point me to where I can see it.
One to make sure (if you haven’t done so already) is that you are using the Excerpt field in the post editor and that your theme does support excerpts.
Cheers!

MemberHey there, A S!
I definitely see what you mean! I just checked and we do indeed have a ticket open for this. I’ve noted this thread in the ticket and will report back when there’s more to share or when progress is made.
Thanks for the heads up–definitely appreciated!

MemberHi Greg,
Thanks for checking out the plugins! I’m hoping both The Events Calendar and Facebook Events are a good fit here. 🙂
Good questions. You can definitely use Facebook Events without purchasing PRO as well. Facebook Events will work well right out of the box with the free version of The Events Calendar.
We do indeed offer a full refund on all products within 30-days of purchase. Please feel free to give Facebook Events a test drive and we’d be happy to take it back if it doesn’t seem to work for you for any reason at all.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Michelle,
That’s certainly a strange message!
I tried looking at the Community Events submission page on your site and wasn’t able to see that page title. Were you able to resolve that issue on your own? Or maybe I’m missing something and you can help point me to where the message is so I can see it.
If you’re still seeing the issue, then do you happen to have anything called WP Router installed on your site, whether that comes from your theme or another installed plugin? I’ve never seen that sort of page title before which makes me wonder if there’s a conflict with something. On that off-chance, it wold be awesome if you could run through these troubleshooting steps just to rule that out.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Mourad,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Sorry for the missing files here. If Arabic is missing, then that’s defiintely an oversight. You can check the previous version of The Events Calendar (direct link to ZIP) to see if the files existed there and use those as a foundation for updating them to the current version of the plugin (3.10.1).
We do rely on the community for translations and would definitely be happy to accept contributions from you or anyone else who is interested. In fact, we have a site dedicated just for those types of submissions and I’d love to see those come in. You’re welcome to submit the first round of Arabic translations to me here in this thread and I’d be happy to set that up on the site to allow for more contributions. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Gary,
Thanks for giving the plugin a try! I’m stoked to hear you’re checking it out.
Do you these see three style options on the Events > Settings > Display screen:
- Skeleton
- Full
- Tribe
If so, are you not able to choose one of those? I know it sounds a little dumb, but please check that you can and that you are clicking the “Save Changes button when you select one of the options.
Also, it’s worth noting that the styles themselves will still largely depend on the theme you are using. The calendar tries to avoid being too opinionated and defaults to the styles declared by the theme where possible so that everything blends in nicely. If you’re looking for something more custom than that, then I’d suggest checking out our Themer’s Guide for more tips on how to override the calendar’s styles and define your own.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi John,
Interesting! I haven’t seen this sort of issue come up before. Let’s see if we can figure out why the post status would change from Published to Scheduled when saving it.
First off, does this happen when you switch to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Fifteen? How about when you do that and deactivate all other plugins, except for The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO at the same time? I just want to rule out any conflicts there and see if the issue is still happening in default WordPress conditions.
If the issue is still happening in default conditions, then what is the date of your post (not the date of the event itself)?
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Cheers!

MemberHi snieder! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here.
404 errors can happen for a number of reasons, so I’d suggest trying the recommendations in this article to see if those help clear things up.
Hopefully those work but, if not, then please try the troubleshooting steps outlined here on each site so we can rule out any possible conflicts with the theme or another installed plugin.
Cheers!

MemberHey Toby and thanks for getting in touch!
I just checked the site and was able to access both the calendar (/exhibitions) and a single event without a a 500 error, including using the link you provided. Were you perhaps able to resolve the issue on your own? Or maybe I’m missing something and you can help point me in the right direction.
I did, however, notice the following console error when viewing the site:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. (main.js:60)
I have seen other types of errors pop up as a results of this (e.g. the map not displaying on the site event post), so you’ll want to be sure to check where that extra instance of the Google Maps API is coming from–such as your theme or another plugin–and dequeue the script that is making that call.
Cheers!

MemberHey there, Chris! Nice to see you again and hope all is well. 🙂
Sorry for the wait time here. We generally answer threads Monday through Friday which is why there’s been a bit of a lag.
Did my answer in your previous thread not remove that spacing for you? That should have placed Details and Venue on the same line, while keeping the map below that area.
Cheers!
