Arabic translation missing !!

Hello,

I see the support of Arabic in the plugin page, but I can’t find the Arabic files anywhere, I searched everywhere and i can’t find a single file, even though, you say that the plugin will come with huge support of languages (Arabic included)! I also saw a couple of people offering help with translation getting rejected for the reason that you already have volunteers.

what is the problem? am I missing anything?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Sorry for the missing files here. If Arabic is missing, then that’s defiintely an oversight. You can check the previous version of The Events Calendar (direct link to ZIP) to see if the files existed there and use those as a foundation for updating them to the current version of the plugin (3.10.1).

We do rely on the community for translations and would definitely be happy to accept contributions from you or anyone else who is interested. In fact, we have a site dedicated just for those types of submissions and I’d love to see those come in. You’re welcome to submit the first round of Arabic translations to me here in this thread and I’d be happy to set that up on the site to allow for more contributions. 🙂

I would love to contribute to your project, I will download the files and see what can add/improve, just add Arabic to the list (it doesn’t exist on the list yet) and I will see where and how to start.

Awesome, thanks Mourad! I went ahead and opened a new translation set for Arabic right here for you. Please feel free to download the files from there and start contributing translations right there from the site. Thanks so much for your help!
