ParticipantThis message “WP Router Placeholder Page” is appearing as the title on the event form page. Is there a way to remove the message. Just purchased the latest update and license.

MemberHi Michelle,
That’s certainly a strange message!
I tried looking at the Community Events submission page on your site and wasn’t able to see that page title. Were you able to resolve that issue on your own? Or maybe I’m missing something and you can help point me to where the message is so I can see it.
If you’re still seeing the issue, then do you happen to have anything called WP Router installed on your site, whether that comes from your theme or another installed plugin? I’ve never seen that sort of page title before which makes me wonder if there’s a conflict with something. On that off-chance, it wold be awesome if you could run through these troubleshooting steps just to rule that out.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Michelle,
Thanks for following up!
Hmm, I wasn’t able to see the “WP Router Placeholder Page” message in that link. Is it possible I’m just missing it, or perhaps you can point me to where it is? Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing.
I do notice that the Community Events form is not using the same template as the rest of The Events Calendar. It actually looks like it’s not using any template at all, which is strange as well.
Let’s see where that message is popping up first and see if we can get that cleared up.
Cheers!

ParticipantYes for some reason when I log out of WordPress this is how the event submission calendar is displayed.

Ive updated to the newer versions and this is still happening. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

MemberHi Michelle, thanks for following up!
Were you able to run through these troubleshooting steps and, if so, did you notice any difference when your site was running in default conditions? Confirming this is a good first place for us to figuring out the best way to resolve the issue.
If there is no difference, then do you happen to have any customizations in your theme? You can check by looking for a folder called tribe-events in your theme directory. Let me know if you see that folder in your theme.
If the issue is still popping up, then I’ll want to walk you through some deeper troubleshooting steps to see if we can replicate the issue on a fresh site. Let’s start with these first two things, then I’l walk you through the fresh site, if needed.
Thanks for your help!
