MemberHi John,
Sorry, I must have misunderstood your question and assumed the message you’re seeing is on the front end of the site and was asking for a link I could see it there. We’re unfortunately unable to log into your site, though I appreciate you sending that information–I’ve removed it in the meantime.
Are you able to possibly share a screenshot with me instead? That would certainly help.
Thanks and sorry again for the mixup!

MemberHi Angie! Welcome to the forums and sorry for the trouble here with moderating event submissions.
That’s very strange. I wasn’t able to recreate the same issue on my test site. Doesn’t mean it isn’t an issue, but it does make me wonder if there is a setting or some other conflict here that we need to uncover here together.
First off, I see you noted having tried the following:
Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Switched to a default theme? YesDid you happen to notice any difference in those conditions? How about when switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen)Â and deactivating all other plugins together? Any difference there?
Let’s start there and see what we find. If we don’t find anything there, would you be ok with me submitting an event to your site so we have something to test with together?
Cheers!

MemberHi A S, nice to see you again. 🙂
That screenshot didn’t seem to come through — would it be possible to try sending it again? I think that would help me have a better understanding of what you’re seeing so we can troubleshoot from there.
Ultimately, it would be great if you could also run through our standard troubleshooting steps as well so we can rule out any possible conflicts in advance.
Thanks!

MemberHi Farhad, thanks for reaching out!
Good questions.
I do not believe there is an easy way to automate the workflow so that tickets are added to user-submitted events–at least any that I know of. The only way I can see this working for now is that:
- Visitor submits an event
- You approve the event (assuming you have enabled this moderation setting)
- You edit the event by adding tickets to it and resaving it
I really like the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets combo for selling tickets because it allows you to manage everything within your site, but Eventbrite Tickets is also a good option, especially if you expect your events to have some more advanced needs, such as RSVP, because Eventbrite itself is sort of a full-fledged event management system.
Does this help answer your questions? Please feel free to let me know if you have any other follow-up questions here and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there, philmacaulay!
Here’s a handy snippet that will change the word “Event” to something else. Changing that would also change the title on the archive page.
Will that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello Rachel, thanks for getting in touch!
Try adding this CSS to your theme’s style.css file and see if it does the trick:
#tribe-events .tribe-events-button { background-color: #695d82; } #tribe-events a.tribe-events-gcal.tribe-events-button { color: #fff; }Cheers!

MemberHello John and welcome to the forums!
Sorry for the trouble here with tickets–let’s see if we can figure out what’s happening here together.
Are the customers also not receiving their order confirmations from WooCommerce when the transaction is processed? Or are they receiving those emails and just not the ticket email?
Just a few other questions as well to get us started:
- Is it possible the emails are actually being sent, but are landing in the customers’ trash or junk folders?
- Are order receipts successfully being sent for non-ticket purchases? In other words, are emails being sent for other products set up in WooCommerce, just not WooCommerce Tickets?
- If the answer above is no, what happens if you temporarily deactivate WooCommerce Tickets and place an order then – do the emails come through?
- If they don’t come through for non ticket-purchases, whether or not WooCommerce Tickets is active, perhaps there is some other conflict blocking WooCommerce or stopping wp_mail() from working? This is the part of WordPress that sends emails and it can stop working if it has been modified.
- Lastly, will you please run through our standard troubleshooting steps – but be sure not to deactivate WooCommerce itself – and see if you can uncover any conflicts?
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberThanks for following up, John!
Will you please send me a link to one of the events where I can see that message in the post? Seeing that message would be super helpful.
Cheers!

MemberHi snieder, thanks for sending this over!
Just want to confirm: did you see any difference when switching to a default WordPress theme, deactivating all other plugins and flushing permalinks together? In other words, the issue is still happening when the site is in default conditions?
Also, I see that you are using a multilingual plugin. The Events Calendar doesn’t support any multilingual plugins at the moment, so I’m wondering is that isn’t at the heart of what’s causing the issue. To test, would it be possible for you to set up a test site with nothing but a default WordPress theme and The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO installed and see if the if Month View is working there? Please give that a try and send me a link to the Month View so I can see it in totally default conditions and we can troubleshoot the test site from there so we’re not interrupting your live site.
Thanks!

MemberThanks for the additional info, James! I really appreciate it. 🙂
Just to check the question I had for you off the list:
Also, try checking the day cutoff time in your calendar settings. You can find this in Events > Settings in the General Settings section of the page. Is it set to something other than 12:00am?
Is that setting at 12:00am or is it set to some other time perchance?
Thanks!

MemberHi Chris,
Just closing this thread since you opened a fresh one over here covering the same topic. 🙂

MemberHello Chris,
Here’s an example of how I as able to move the Venue info next to the Details info in place of the Organizer info in the Single Event View. This is a screenshot of how that looks when saved in my theme.
Does this help? I’ll go ahead and close the other thread we had open since we’re continuing the conversation here. 🙂
Cheers!
