Howdy Joseph and thanks for getting in touch!

All of our plugins are extensions of The Events Calendar itself, so they should all seamlessly integrate with that theme as well.

I do want to note that it’s possible that the theme author has made customizations to The Events Calendar that may have changed the functionality in ways I am unaware of. In those cases, the best thing to do is test. And, if things do not work out as you would expect, we do offer a full refund on all purchases within 30-days.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me me know. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Geoff

    Hello Byung Hwa,

First off, nice site! I love the customizations you’ve made to the calendar layout and it’s looking great. Excellent work. 🙂

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the settings for those tickets? For example, if you click Edit on one of the tickets, I’d like to see what dates are set for those tickets to make sure all is good on that end.

    Thanks!

Hey @dialedin! Thanks for reaching out. 🙂

Interesting! The month view should be responsive right out of the box. Here’s a good demo you can see, especially where the weekday names change to abbreviations.

A few of ideas off the bat:

    • Have you changed any of the date format settings under Events > Settings > Display? I wonder if something changed in there might be forcing the weekday names to stay in their long form.
    • Does the theme override any of the calendar templates? You can check by opening your theme directory and looking for a folder called tribe-events. If that’s there, let me know if there are any templates in there that might affect the month view.
    • There may be custom functions included in the theme as well that could have an impact here. A good way to check is to switch to a default WordPress theme (something like Twenty Fifteen) and see if the calendar responds on small screens the way you’d expect. If you can’t do this on your live site, then try it out on a test site instead.

Let’s start here and see what we find! If you have a link to the support thread you have open with Enfold, I’d be happy to check that out as well. 🙂

    Cheers!

Yeah, definitely will not happen right away but glad to know you’re interested in it as well!

There is something similar called Restrict Content. The Pro version allows you to establish a payment wall, which you could use for someone to access the community events form. Not quite the same, but perhaps a workable solution in the interim.

Thanks again for reaching out! Feel free to let us know if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

Heck yeah! Nice work and thanks for sharing that here in the forums. I’ll check it out myself because I could see that being useful down the road for other customers as well. 🙂

Hello Robin, thanks for getting in touch!

Good question! You only need to the single tribe-events.css file that you have already created. 🙂

Yeah, it does seem to have something to do with how those events were created on the other calendar. Do you have access to modify those events? Or perhaps remove them to prevent them from importing on a fresh attempt?

We’re itching to release it as well. 🙂

The plan is still to kick the beta off in the next week or so. I’ve checked into the process and do not see any hitches that would prevent it from happening on time.

We will likely provide an alpha copy after the test period so that others will have a chance to test the updates with plenty of advance notice prior to the official release. Beta testers will get earlier access though. 🙂

Thanks for chiming in, Marc! Perhaps that’s another route @bloom360 can try if the suggestions I offered above do not pan out.

    Hey @CAMSA,

That’s a great question and it is something we are actually looking into adding in the future. In fact, it’s one of our most popular feature requests for Community Events, so we’re pretty stoked to work on it. I don’t have a timeline for it, though you can certainly add your vote to the feature request and you will receive notifications as we make progress.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know and thanks for reaching out!

    Hey Janice,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble! I see what you mean–the header does obscure the calendar and things are a little wonky.

Will you please head to Events > Settings > Display? Check that the “Default Events Template” is selected as the default calendar template, save your settings, and see if that makes a difference.

    Thanks!
    Geoff
