MemberHi Ronald,
It seems like you are seeing my replies to your threads, but then quoting them in new threads instead of answering the questions I am asking.
Will you please send me a reply with answers to the two questions you quoted above?
Will you please take a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Licenses screen and send it to me here as a private reply? I would like to take a look to confirm your settings.
Also, just to confirm: you do want Events Calendar PRO, correct? Or did you want Event Aggregator instead? It looks like you purchased Events Calendar PRO, but I would be happy to exchange it for Event Aggregator instead if that is the product you meant to purchase instead.
I’m really happy to help, but I do need you to answer those questions in order for us to move forward.
Thanks and looking forward to your answers!

MemberHi Ronald,
Did you not get my last reply? I’m absolutely happy to help you, but I do need you to answer the questions I asked in my last reply:

Please let me know the answers to those questions and we’ll be able to get things on the right path for you. 🙂
Thanks so much!

By the way, we would love it if you could write a few words about The Events Calendar plugin to let us know what you think and share your experience with the WordPress community. 🙂
Cheers and have a great day!

MemberOh no! Sounds like you purchased a license from a re-seller instead of directly through us. Unfortunately, we only provide support for licenses that were purchased from us because that’s ultimately what we’re selling with a license: support and access to product updates.
Does WP-Spring offer support for the products they sell? If so, I would suggest reaching out to them directly. I am happy to (1) keep this thread open in case anyone else in the community wants to jump in and offer a recommendation and (2) make a note of your report and log a bug ticket for it if I can re-produce the issue.
Thanks for your understanding!

MemberHey @llana,
Welcome to the forums!
Ah yes, typically when I see this happen it’s because the API settings have not been fully configured. Will you please navigate to the Events > Settings > API screen and check that you have connected Eventbrite to Eventbrite Tickets?
If you have done that already, will you please take a screenshot of those settings and share it with me here as a private reply?
Thanks so much!

MemberHey Lily!
I wanted to chime in here as well to share this post:

While it’s a little dated, but it once helped someone else who was seeking to do the same sort of custom development and I’m hoping it helps get the ball rolling for you as well.
Cheers!

MemberHi Greets,
Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our Community Events support forum instead?
In the meantime, you may want to check your WordPress time format settings because that is where Community Events bases it’s time settings. You can check those on the Settings > General screen from the WordPress admin menu in the dashboard (screenshot).
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Michelle,
Doh! Looks like some of the theme styles are conflicting with the Community Event styles, causing things to look a little wonky.
Try adding this to your style.css file or by heading to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:
.events-community-post-content textarea { display: block; width: 100%; }Does that do the trick? Here’s a screenshot of what I see when testing it on your site. Hopefully it does the same for you as well. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Jacob,
Great question! We do indeed have a list of folks we would happily refer you to for custom development. Here’s where you can find that:

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Amy,
Welcome back to the forums!
Hmm, that snippet looks like it should do the trick. But let’s look at another method since it doesn’t seem to be doing the trick.
Another way to do it is to override the widget template and add the featured image directly into the code. You can learn more about overriding calendar templates in our <u>Themer’s Guide</u>, but it basically boils down to this:
- Make a copy of the single-event.php template. It is located at /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/widgets/modules/single-event.php
- Make a new folder in your theme called tribe-events
- Make a new folder in that one called pro
- Make a new folder in that one called widgets
- Make a new folder in that one called modules
- Drop your copied single-event.php file in that last folder
Now that the template is in your theme, you can modify it to suit your needs. In this case add the featured image where you would like it to display. For example, you can add this to right after the closing PHP tag on line 54:
<?php the_post_thumbnail( $thumbnail_size ); ?>Will this work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Richard,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Great question. You should be fine with a Multisite License, as long as all of those sites are on the same WordPress multisite network. 🙂
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Joe,
Thanks for getting in touch!
It’s totally up to you. If you love the plugins, then we hope you’ll share the love with others. If that means one tweet or many, then that’s totally cool. Our biggest concern is that you love the plugins and enjoy having them free of charge. 🙂
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!
