If the issue is still there, please do open a new thread, reference this one and provide some new details for testing and we’d be happy to check on it again with fresh eyes. 🙂

MemberHello Katja and welcome to the forums!
You can increase the font size of the title by adding this to your theme’s style.css file or by using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS:
#tribe-events-pg-template .tribe-events-content h3 { font-size: 30px; }For the details, it looks like the theme styles are causing that information to disappear. Try adding this CSS as well and it should do the trick:
#tribe-events-content .tribe-events-abbr { display: inline-block; }Let’s give that a try and see how it goes. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Chris,
Welcome to the forums, man! Thanks for the kind words about the plugin–I’m stoked to hear you’ve been loving it, despite the issues you noted here.
Theme conflicts are tough. While we try our best to integrate The Events Calendar with as many themes as we can, it’s impossible to cover them all given there are so many out there, not to mention custom ones built from scratch. That means we’re unable to guarantee perfect integration or support those types of conflicts like we can bugs within the plugin itself.
That said, I’m happy to help as best I can, but may be unable to pin down a solution given that I’m unfamiliar with the theme and it’s codebase.
I did install the Edin theme myself just to get a sneak peak and was able to get the date and time to display on the single event view adding this CSS to the theme’s style.css file:
#tribe-events-content .tribe-events-abbr {
display: inline-block;
}The rest of the details seem to show up for me after comparing them to the default Twenty Sixteen theme. If you’re noticing other information like this missing, then I imagine doing other CSS changes like the one above will fix things up. We do have a good guide on how to target CSS styles and that’s a great starting place.
Does this help and get things started? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Robert,
Sorry for the trouble!
There have been timezone issues since the 4.0 release, but those have been largely cleaned up in the latest 4.0.2 releases. Will you please update the plugins and let me know if you continue to see any issues?
Thanks!

MemberHello Cesar,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here!
Emails are a tricky thing because the reason for them not going out can be due to a number of things. Let’s first try considering the following as a first course of action:
- Is it possible the emails are actually being sent, but are being automatically placed in recipients’ trash/junk folders?
- Are order receipts successfully being sent for non-ticket purchases?
- If the answer to the above is no, what happens if you temporarily deactivate WooCommerce Tickets (or Event Tickets Plus, whichever you are using) and place an order then – do the emails come through?
- If they don’t come through for non ticket purchases, whether or not WooCommerce Tickets is active, perhaps there is some other conflict blocking WooCommerce or stopping wp_mail() (the part of WordPress that sends emails) from working?
- Ultimately, would you be able to run through our standard troubleshooting steps – but be sure not to deactivate WooCommerce itself – and see if you can uncover any conflicts?
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Also where can I modify how the ticket looks?
There is a template for the email, which can be customized with a template override. Our Themer’s Guide has thorough and detailed information with step-by-step instructions for how template overrides work and is a great place to start.
Cheers!

MemberHey Ali,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the forums!
I’m seeing the same errors on your site that you noted but am unable to replicate the issue on my test site with a default WordPress theme.
I do see in your system information that you are running WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.1. Will you please do me a favor and:
- Download Event Tickets. This is a new free plugin that we released as the foundation for ticket sales.
- Replace WooCommerce Tickets with Event Tickets Plus. We are sunsetting WooCommerce Tickets and have replaced it with Event Tickets Plus. Since you are a license holder, you automatically have access to Event Tickets Plus here on this site on the My Account > Downloads screen.
Event Tickets Plus works the same as WooCommerce Tickets, meaning that it is still the way to sell tickets for events on your site and is still compatible with WooCommerce.
Let me know once you’ve made the updates and let’s see if the issue still occurs–if it does, we can troubleshoot from there.
Thanks!
