Ticket not displaying (not theme issue)

Hi,
I did purchase a support licence from MT but I only wish to use it on the live site and not want to use it on the test.

The problem I am having is that the ticket will not show up on the front end. I am a developer (not php) so my first thoughts were its an issue with the custom theme. I tried with twenty fourteen theme and it works. it shows the ticket cart.
I checked the source with both themes and it doesnt seem like a css issue, with my theme it will not load up the cart form AT ALL.

Secondly, in Chrome developers tools > Console, I recieve the following errors with the custom theme:

Looking at these missing resources, I had a look at the directory and in the plugin directory, the ticket plug in is called ‘wootickets’ but on the missing resources above it shows it as ‘tickets’. Also I went into the ‘wootickets/src/resources/’ folder and there is no ‘js’ folder in there.

When i change the theme to twenty four and then look at the console then I get the following errors:

It seems there are more errors with the twenty four theme than the custom, yet the cart works with twenty four.

Can someone please shed some light here.

you will notice a grey box under the event info, I am assuming thats where the tickets are suppose to be located.

Hey Ali,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the forums!

I’m seeing the same errors on your site that you noted but am unable to replicate the issue on my test site with a default WordPress theme.

I do see in your system information that you are running WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.1. Will you please do me a favor and:

• Download Event Tickets. This is a new free plugin that we released as the foundation for ticket sales.
• Replace WooCommerce Tickets with Event Tickets Plus. We are sunsetting WooCommerce Tickets and have replaced it with Event Tickets Plus. Since you are a license holder, you automatically have access to Event Tickets Plus here on this site on the My Account > Downloads screen.

Event Tickets Plus works the same as WooCommerce Tickets, meaning that it is still the way to sell tickets for events on your site and is still compatible with WooCommerce.

Let me know once you’ve made the updates and let’s see if the issue still occurs–if it does, we can troubleshoot from there.

thanks for the response. I did try to download Events Ticket Plus but it wants me to pay and it is not available on the Download page.

whoa!! this plugin is causing more problems then solutions. I installed the Events Tickets and then the Events Ticket Plus. I deactivated the Woocommerce Tickets and now when I add a new ticket for an event, the screen goes blank and then if I load that event up to add another ticket, the ticket panel does not have any content at all. Event the event page goes all blank.

Ok. let me do one thing…. let me do a fresh install but this time with these plugins and see how it works then.

Oh geez, that’s no good! Let’s definitely see how a fresh install behaves and troubleshoot from there — I’m curious what could be causing a blank screen.
