MemberThanks for chiming in, Mathew!
The ticket associated with the reports in the other threads has been completed and was released in Events Calendar PRO 4.0.3.
Gunter, please do send me the information requested in my last reply (including perhaps a screenshot of your recurring settings for one of those events) and I’d be happy to keep digging into this one.
Cheers and happy new year!

MemberThanks for the heads up, Alison! Sorry to hear EDD isn’t the right solution for you. Do note that our Event Tickets Plus add-on does support EDD as well as other ecommerce platforms for WordPress including:
- WooCommerce
- WP-eCommerce
- Shopp
Feel free to hit us back up if you end up landing on any of those options and we’d be happy to help any questions you have. 🙂
Cheers and happy new year!

MemberHowdy James,
Good question!
Events Calendar PRO itself does indeed include a “Near” search field in the calendar header. You can see this in action on our demo site:
Note the “Show Filters” option below the search bar. That is our Filter Bar add-on, which provides an option to filter events by distance from a location. That’s a handy search feature as well.
Will that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers and happy new year!
GeoffDecember 31, 2015 at 8:46 am in reply to: Which one: WooCommerce: Tickets, or Event Ticket? #1048561Geoff
MemberHi @ryanrydell,
Sorry for the trouble and confusion here with tickets–let’s sort this out together. 🙂
Event Tickets Plus completely replaces WooCommerce Tickets. You can safely deactivate WooCommerce Tickets from your site and activate Event Tickets Plus (4.0.4) in it’s place.
Before you do, please make sure you have Event Tickets (4.0.4) installed and activated as well. Event Tickets Plus requires it in order to function.
And, once you have those two plugins installed and active, please make sure the latest version of The Events Calendar (4.0.4) is also installed and activated. All plugins need to be at version 4.0 or higher in order to work together.
And, finally, if you have any customizations for WooCommerce Tickets in your functions.php file (or elsewhere, such as a template override), then please do remove those. Many of the functions that worked in version 3.8 have been deprecated in recent versions (including Event Tickets Plus) and will return errors similar to the ones you are currently seeing.
The update from 3.8 to 4.0 was significant for all our plugins, so I would strongly recommend testing the updates on a test site prior to using them on your live site to make sure nothing breaks or disrupts the live site.
Let’s start here and see what we find.
Cheers and happy new year!
Geoff
