I need to add a custom field that allows the ticket puchaser to enter a driver’s name to their ticket order. I see a custom fields option- but how do I do this?
While The Events Calendar PRO does offer the ability to add custom fields to an event, those fields cannot be added to the ticket purchasing process. In other words, neither PRO nor Event Tickets Plus support collecting additional information during a ticket transaction, though it is something we have started working on for a future release.
