ParticipantI have both of them installed.
The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets, v 3.8
Event Tickets, v 4.0.4When they are alone, they don’t work, when they are both active, I get the ticket option in the event, but they conflict, and won’t populate the ticket area on the event. I end up getting:
Warning: include(/home/content/05/8027405/html/scclaunch/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/05/8027405/html/scclaunch/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/classes/class-wootickets.php on line 485

Event NavigationThere is no SRC folder in wootickets, but there is in event-tickets/
There is no wootickets folder in event-tickets, but there is in wootickets.

MemberHi @ryanrydell,
Sorry for the trouble and confusion here with tickets–let’s sort this out together. 🙂
Event Tickets Plus completely replaces WooCommerce Tickets. You can safely deactivate WooCommerce Tickets from your site and activate Event Tickets Plus (4.0.4) in it’s place.
Before you do, please make sure you have Event Tickets (4.0.4) installed and activated as well. Event Tickets Plus requires it in order to function.
And, once you have those two plugins installed and active, please make sure the latest version of The Events Calendar (4.0.4) is also installed and activated. All plugins need to be at version 4.0 or higher in order to work together.
And, finally, if you have any customizations for WooCommerce Tickets in your functions.php file (or elsewhere, such as a template override), then please do remove those. Many of the functions that worked in version 3.8 have been deprecated in recent versions (including Event Tickets Plus) and will return errors similar to the ones you are currently seeing.
The update from 3.8 to 4.0 was significant for all our plugins, so I would strongly recommend testing the updates on a test site prior to using them on your live site to make sure nothing breaks or disrupts the live site.
Let’s start here and see what we find.
Cheers and happy new year!
Geoff
