    Hi,

    I’d like to know whether there is a way to configure your product (alone, or with any necessary add-on) to allow people to pay for both tickets and appointments.

    I offer free and paid group classes. You product is great for setting my available dates and people can reserve a free ticket or pay for a ticket by looking at the calendar for available classes.

    What I’d also like to do is have hours available – a few days a week where people could 1) schedule ([so I get an alert or something of the date & time – ( & ideally it takes that slot off the calendar)] and pay for an in-person individual class AND/OR schedule (but not pay) for a telephone consultation.

    Possible?
    If not with this, than with anything?

    This is such a great question!

    I wish I could say The Events Calendar is ideal for both events and appointments, but I don’t think it is at the moment.

    We’re really interested in the idea of being able to split events within events–effectively allowing you to create sub-events that could act as appointments within a parent event. Until then, however, the best suggestion I can offer is to create individual events for each appointment time slot within a given day and sell tickets directly for those posts.

    I know that’s not ideal since it could possibly clutter a day on the calendar visually, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.
