MemberShoot, I was hoping that would do the trick! Thanks for giving it a shot for me anyway.
I’ve processed the refund and you should see the funds back in your account in 5-10 business days.
Sorry again for the trouble but thanks for working with me on it and best of luck with your project!

MemberThanks for following up, Emily! Man, I really appreciate the kind words and the fact that you’re loving The Events Calendar enough to recommend it to your clients–that’s awesome!
Timezones are definitely a tricky thing and I’m sure there are ways to handle them even better, so feedback like this is great. If you have any ideas on how the timezone settings could be more flexible for specific uses cases, like this, I’d love to see them in our feature request forum. That will make sure it gets on our radar.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since you had marked it Resolved, but please do feel free to hit us with a new thread if any other questions pop up–we’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberI’m not sure, to be honest. The Shortcode plugin was written by someone else and I personally haven’t used it. My guess though (and it’s just that–a guess) is that the shortcode itself can be placed into any template. In other words, it is likely not its own template.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHi Denny,
Event Tickets Plus will unfortunately not capture additional registration details during the checkout process. That said, we are working on it and hope to release it in a future version.
It is very possible another WooCommerce extension would help do the trick, though I am unaware of one off the top of my head.
Sorry for the bad news, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberIt certainly is! We have started preliminary work on it and hope to have it released in version 4.2–that is, barring any unforeseen obstacles. That’s the goal though and you can get notified when we make progress on it here on the feature request.
Did you have any other questions the RSVP functionality?
Thanks!

MemberHey Ben,
That’s a good question. Admittedly, the best way to do this isn’t a feature we support: being able to create events within events. That would give you the ability to create a single event, then break it into session that could then be listed out as an agenda or something of that nature.
For now, the way I would approach it is to create a single event post that spans the starting time of the first day to the ending time of the second day and specify the agenda in the content. This will still allow you to set one price for the entire training.
Does that make sense? Let me know if you have any follow-up questions and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey, nice to see you again!
By chance, are you adding RSVPs on recurring events? I want to check because RSVPs and Tickets do not currently support recurring events and it sort of sounds like that might be the case here.
and is it possible to have the booking form open at all times
Yes, you can add this to your theme’s style.css file or using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS to keep that part of the form open at all times:
.tribe-tickets-meta-row { display: table-row !important; }Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.
Cheers,

MemberHowdy Oiane, thanks for getting in touch!
I wish I could say a seating chart feature is included, but I’m afraid it is not at the moment. It’s an awesome idea that has gained some momentum in our feature request forum, but we haven’t planned it into an upcoming release in the immediate future.
Sorry for the bad news, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHi @clarity,
That’s very odd indeed!
I tried the following:
- Went into Events > Settings > Display
- Added content to the “Add HTML before event content” field (screenshot)
- Saved the settings
- Opened up Chrome (OSX)
- Viewed the calendar and an event post
- Confirmed that the content did display (screenshot)
Are you following the same steps, or is there something in there I could be missing?
If you are following the same steps, will you please follow the steps outlined in this article and let me know if it reveals a conflict?
Let’s start here and see what we find. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberSure thing, John! I just processed the refund and you should see the funds back in your account in 5-10 business days.
I believe I refunded the correct license. Either way, though, you can log into your account here on this site, head to My Account > Licenses and see a list of active licenses you can use on your site.
Does this help? Let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Matt,
I totally get where you’re coming from. Please do send me the order numbers you’d like to return (in a private reply) and I’d be happy to process a refund for you.
While not ideal, a temporary workaround could be to use another e-commerce plugin purely for the ticket sales, like Easy Digital Downloads, since the issue is limited to WooCommerce. Like I said, though, might not be the best workaround if there is a lot riding on WooCommerce in other places on the site as well.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
