Within days I paid for a basic plan, then upgraded to “pro,” did I pay twice unnecessarily?

    Hey John,

The “basic” product–The Events Calendar–is completely free, so there would be no charge there.

I do see there are two recent purchases in your account: one for a renewal of your Events Calendar PRO personal license, and another for a second purchase of an Events Calendar PRO personal license.

Was the second purchase a mistake? Let me know and I’d be happy to refund it for you.

    Thanks!

Geoff- thanks for the reply, yes I mistakenly paid twice for the same account. Problem is I used the license key for the second one to upgrade the plug-in for WordPress, so if you refund me one of them please make sure the second license is in order… does that make sense?

    Thanks for the help!

Sure thing, John! I just processed the refund and you should see the funds back in your account in 5-10 business days.

I believe I refunded the correct license. Either way, though, you can log into your account here on this site, head to My Account > Licenses and see a list of active licenses you can use on your site.

Does this help? Let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!
    Geoff
