I’m sorry to say that excluding certain countries or regions from the location search is not a support feature at this time. I think Andras was trying to say the same and inadvertently sent you over to Google Maps support. I think it would be possible for us to look into building that sort of functionality into The Events Calendar — if you’re willing, it would be awesome if you could add that idea to our feature request forum so others can vote on it as well. I can’t guarantee it is something we will build, but posting it there will at least ensure it is on our radar for consideration.

I believe the best way to get those details would be to call the venue as a post type. Using the tribe_get_venue() function will fetch a venue that is associated with a particular event but, since Venues themselves are a post type, you could pull the data with get_posts().
