ParticipantI’m trying to implement Event Tickets Plus for a local baseball league’s website. I think this would be a big improvement over Woocommerce + Product Add-Ons plugin.
This is the second time I’ve set up this plugin – in fact, I’m using the same theme, too. On the first site it’s working wonderfully.
Here’s the page where the ticket form should be appearing: http://rexdalebaseball.ca/register/player/
Chrome console shows no JS errors. Neither does the PHP log.
I have tried using all the available page templates. Disabled plugins, reverted to stock theme, etc.
The ticket code doesn’t appear in the page’s HTML.
Do I need to check the theme for a missing function or hook? What’s the deal?
Oh, and big surprise – sooner is better than later on a solution. (Of course.) I’m set to pitch this functionality to another client soon and it would be helpful to show them working examples. ๐
Thanks!

MemberHey At,
Thanks for reaching out on this and sorry to hear about this issue! Also thanks for sending over the system info and the screenshots.
Searching the backlog for any related issues I found a recently log bug that seems to be affecting you. The report is about the tickets form not displaying in child pages. Can you try to make this page a top level one?
Please give it a try and let me know,
Best,

ParticipantWell, that solved it. Thanks!
Is this bug going to be addressed in the next release?

MemberThanks for confirming Ryan and glad you could resolve this!
There’s still no scheduled release date for this bug fix. The next maintenance release (4.1.4) is about to come out, approximately two weeks after the release we are expecting 4.2 to be out. The later is a feature release and doesn’t include bug fixes (we use maintenance releases for that), so I guess this is likely to be included in 4.2.1 maintenance release. I know it’s a bit of a bummer to have to wait so long for this, but in this part of the release process (about to release a new major version) all the efforts are concentrated in the feature release.
Iโll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please donโt hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
Best,
NicoPS: If you would like to give a review and rate Event Tickets on WordPress.org we will be stocked about it ๐

Just wanted to give you a heads up that we are in the process of releasing Event Tickets Plus 4.2.7 today and it will include a fix for this issue. Please keep your eyes open for the update and let us know if you continue to see issues after the update.
Thanks so much for reporting this and for your patience while we worked on it!
