Great!
I’ll go ahead and close this out. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else (we’ve migrated to a new help desk that can be found here → https://support.theeventscalendar.com/submit_ticket
Take care,

EdwardMemberNothing seems out of ordinary with your system info. Did you notice any error messages being displayed after enabling WP_DEBUG?
If you haven’t updated to the newest version of TEC Pro yet, can you see if that helps?
I’m still unable to recreate this which definitely points towards a plugin or theme conflict.
When you were testing what theme(s) have you tried?
Take care,
Ed ✌️EdwardMemberOh, sorry that I misunderstood you.
Since our emails use wp_mail() the address is not customizable on our end.
There are some third-party plugins that will allow you to do this → https://wordpress.org/plugins/cb-change-mail-sender/
Hope that helps!
EdwardMemberHey there Leonard!
Thanks for reaching out — that’s a great question, I can help with that 🙂
If you are talking about changing the email address within your WordPress install, you can do that under Settings → General.
If you are talking about your email for the help desk, it can be changed here → https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
We’re in the process of migrating our help desk, so if that is what you wanted to change you’ll most likely have to update it as well once the switch is complete.

The best way to do that would be with our Event Aggregator plugin.
I would use one site as the base (where the events are actually created) then use the Aggregator on the other site to pull all the events. This can be set up as a scheduled job so you never have to run the imports yourself.
Hope that helps!

Ed ✌️EdwardMemberHi Deanna,
Thanks for your interest in our products. ?
With the free version of Event Tickets, PayPal is about the only option for accepting payments. With Event Tickets Plus, you have the ability to use WooCommerce which opens up tons of gateways like Stripe, Square and Autorize.net (there’s many others supported through them as well). So in short, we don’t process the transactions.
If all your events will be on the same site, you should be fine with the personal license. With a large amount of items in the database, it’s important to have a good web host though 🙂
We do have a non-profit partnership program that you can apply for here → https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/
Hope that helps you out!

If you are using WooCommerce as you eCommerce solution, it actually has built in reports. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/reports/
This would probably be the easiest way to do this. A custom solution would require quite a bit of dev work, something that falls outside the scope of our support, but if you’d like to give it a shot I can try to point you in the right direction!

Yes, The Events Calendar ? is very much customizable. There are options for styling within the Customizer, but you can also style any element with CSS.
We offer full refunds for 30 days, you can view the entire policy here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

Ed ✌️EdwardMemberHey there Reagan!
We’re limited to the support we can provide in the pre-sales forums. If you have an active Events Calendar Pro license, head over to our new support system and open a ticket → https://support.theeventscalendar.com/
If you are using the base, free version, head over to the WordPress community support forums and someone may be able to help you there → https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
But yes, you can hook into the publish_tribe_events.

Is this the CSS that you tried?
.tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next a, .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav li {
display: block;
}If not, give that a shot. Otherwise you may have to crack open the TEC template files. Our Themer’s Guide can lend a hand getting you familiar with that.
Hope that helps!

EdwardMemberSo sorry for leaving you hanging for so long Mary!
It looks like Google is going to keep trying to force you to set up billing. In the Developer Console (in Chrome you can right click on a page and click inspect) it’s saying that you exceeded your limit.
You have exceeded your request quota for this API. See https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages?utm_source=maps_js&utm_medium=degraded&utm_campaign=billing#api-key-and-billing-errors
Unfortunately, there’s not much left in terms of guidance here. Your site must get quite a few visitors to reach that API limit 🙂

EdwardMemberHi Jenessa,
Thanks for your interest in our products. ?
When users view your calendar, they will see the time in the administrators timezone. Though there have been some requests to be able to show in the visitors timezone. You can upvote the idea here → https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13195095-option-to-automatically-list-events-near-to-user
Hope that helps!
