Could we create a custom report for the back-end?We created a sales report for each event (with sales and types of tickets) but could we do a custom report (in this case monthly) where they enter start / end date and an aggregate report is provided that can be exported? It includes all the info that is in a sales report.
This would probably be the easiest way to do this. A custom solution would require quite a bit of dev work, something that falls outside the scope of our support, but if you’d like to give it a shot I can try to point you in the right direction!
