    How do I Change Email Address?

    Hey there Leonard!

    Thanks for reaching out — that’s a great question, I can help with that 🙂

    If you are talking about changing the email address within your WordPress install, you can do that under Settings → General.

    If you are talking about your email for the help desk, it can be changed here → https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/

    We’re in the process of migrating our help desk, so if that is what you wanted to change you’ll most likely have to update it as well once the switch is complete.

    Hi, no.

    What I mean is how do I change my RSVP confirmation email address. Right now when I RSVP it says it’s from “wordpress”. How do I change that?

    See the attached please and notice that it says “WordPress [email protected]”.
    That should say “company [email protected]

    Your tickets from DNA Nightlife
    WordPress [email protected]

    It should say….

    Your tickets from DNA Nightlife
    Company [email protected]

    Oh, sorry that I misunderstood you.

    Since our emails use wp_mail() the address is not customizable on our end.

    There are some third-party plugins that will allow you to do this → https://wordpress.org/plugins/cb-change-mail-sender/
