MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberGotcha Christopher
Do check back as you get this going. I’m not sure that I’ve seen other shortcodes work with Customizer. That would be a great way for users to get the look they want. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberHi Christina
That can be done in Event Tickets. Install it and activate Tribe Commerce from Events ยป Settings ยป Tickets.
Thanks

MemberHey Will
Effective today, allowing an app to RSVP to a Facebook Event on behalf of the viewer will be deprecated.
This unfortunately isn’t enough of a change to allow us to import events as smoothly as before. In fact, we’re still stuck at the point where you must personally create the event and authenticate your website with the same account. Ugh.
I do hope we hear some more positive news soon. Thanks for the link. Our developers are on it.
Thanks

MemberThanks Joerg
I’d like to try sending this on for more testing. Can you share with us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/?
And one final effort – can you cut your license out of the Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses field for Event Aggregator to deactivate it, then place it back in to activate and try one more time to import your event – manual first.
With so many changes happening with Facebook, it is a bit complicated to narrow down what might be happening here.
Thanks

MemberHey Chris
We don’t have a simple way to get at that outside of what the WordPress Customizer can do. Appearance ยป Customize ยป The Events Calendar.
Much of how the shortcode displays is really without much styling. We rely on your theme defaults. While this works well with most themes, it doesn’t seem to look quite right with your theme.
If you are able to get this started, I can check in to help with any hard spots.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Community Evnets.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Christina
You do not need WooCommerce for Event Tickets.
Can you show me a screenshot of the Event post editor when you create a +New Ticket with a price on it?
Can you also show me the ticket displayed on the published event page? And finally a shot of what happens after you try to checkout with that ticket?
Thanks

MemberAwesome Everett – glad that your testing led to some results. ๐
I’ll close out this thread for now.

MemberHi Joerg
Are your events public?
Thanks

MemberHi Kelby
This is the expected layout roughly by list view. You can see it on our demo site at https://wpshindig.com/events/list/.
You can determine this view at Events ยป Settings ยป Display. This works in The Events Calendar as well.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Pratik
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Martin
Per Facebook’s most recent terms, only events that you created with your own account will import into your site that is authenticated with the same account. This Facebook change was recently rolled out without advanced notice.
We very much understand how frustrating this can be. I believe the events are not importing because of this change. I tested the link showing in your screenshot with the same results.
We have no further updates about if Facebook will reopen this API to allow us to restore the full functionality.
I so wish that I had better news to share.
