    Good Day,

Currently using your non-profit license, but unsure if we need to upgrade. I saw a post where a user was experiencing spinning wheel on the calendar, he mentioned Beaver Builder, then after a few private comments, I saw he was issued a refund. I don’t want to request for my organization to pay for something only to be told it cannot be fixed. If that is the case, is the fee refundable?

    Hey there Everett

Can you tell me which Beaver Builder product you are referring to? The team at Beaver Builder recently rolled out integration via Beaver Themer that works well with our event and tickets plugins. I’ve tested these and found no errors.

Can you further describe the issue?

Also, can you confirm that you’ve tested first with all plugins except ours off (including BB), and a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. Did you see errors then? And after 1 by 1 enabling your Beaver Builder products, did you find errors at that time?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Wow. I feel silly.

Our event page that I was troubleshooting had a widget that wasn’t showing up properly. (parts of a calendar, the grey spinning wheel, etc.). Tested all plugins, themes, etc. Upon further investigation, I found the actual calendar page was working fine but couldn’t figure out why the other page wasn’t. I discovered the widget was from the previous version of Event Calendar (a mini calendar option), swapped out the widget for the shortcode and everything is working as it should, with the Beaver Builder plugin activated, as well.

Thank you so for your assistance!

Awesome Everett – glad that your testing led to some results. 🙂

I’ll close out this thread for now.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
