Hi Allison,
I see that you are running WordPress 4.7.2. There is an issue with importing events into this version. Could you update WordPress and retry importing?
If that still doesn’t fix it, the next thing to try is Testing for Conflicts, which includes deactivating other plugins and trying out a default theme.
Could you also resend the webaddress? I clicked on the link shown and the site won’t load.
I’d really like to help you resolve this.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHi Leslie
You can choose to show the events with local timezones, or to simply use the timezone set in WordPress » Settings » General » Timezone. You won’t be forced to show events in UTC.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHi Kristy
You can upload the linked plugin above in Plugins » Installed Plugins » Upload.
You can then write your post/page/event as you’d like. To place the ticket fields where you’d like, just add this shortcode to the desired location:
[event_tickets_forms_display]
When you publish the post, it’ll display where you’d like.
Let me know if this helps 🙂
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHey Jon
The fix for this issue isn’t quite so simple. But the good news is that our next release is due very soon and should contain the fix.
Thanks again,

CourtneyMemberHey Sarah
You’ve discovered a bug. We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.
We’ll let you know as soon as this is resolved.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHi Jakob
The students (attendees) can be shown publicly or hidden for just admins to see using Event Tickets Plus. With it, you would need a plugin such as WooCommerce (free) to manage the eCommerce side of things.
At this time our plugins do not include a membership function. However, we’d love that idea to be shared on our suggestions forum.
Some folks have let us know they were able to get some aspects of our plugins to work with WooCommerce Memberships, but it isn’t something we currently support.
Thanks,

The photo view issue is likely going to be the same across the board. A maintenance release should resolve this soon.

CourtneyMemberHi Tom
Yes, line 28 should look like this for you:
Do walk through the Themer’s Guide for sure on this. To prevent plugin update conflicts, you will want to copy the file mentioned above and place it in a new folder in your theme.
Let me know if this works for you 🙂
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHey Robert,
I have checked in with our developers and specifically asked about other ways to retrieve the events data. Can you give us further details about your app? Our developers believe the RSS feed should suffice, but would need more debug info to understand why you are experiencing the limit of 20.
CourtneyMemberHi Bradley
That shortcode is only available for Events Calendar Pro at this time. It’d look something like this:
[tribe_events_list limit="1"]
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHi Jeannie
There is a way to do this 🙂
[tribe_events_list limit="5"]
For more ways to use shortcodes with filters, see our guide at Events Calendar PRO Widget Shortcodes Overview.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtneyMemberHi Mads
Yes, that is possible with Events Tickets Plus. See our guide on collecting attendee information.
I hope this helps 🙂
Thanks,
