Unable to Import Events from WordPress

Hi there, my license key was accepted but I’m still unable to import files. I have the option to choose the file type, but then no options for file selection appear.

Hi Allison,

I see that you are running WordPress 4.7.2. There is an issue with importing events into this version. Could you update WordPress and retry importing?

If that still doesn’t fix it, the next thing to try is Testing for Conflicts, which includes deactivating other plugins and trying out a default theme.

Could you also resend the webaddress? I clicked on the link shown and the site won’t load.
