MemberHello Aaron
Do you want to use Events Calendar Pro on a WordPress multisite? This is different than multiple sites using a business license. Our pricing for that can be found on https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/.
Or, do you want to use your Pro license on a live site, staging, etc.?
To use your existing license on a staging site, some TLDs already will automatically work. If your host does not use these formats, you can still install the plugin, but manually update it and not enter a license on this staging site. Your content and testing will work as expected.
Hoping to help clarify this situation.
Thanks,

MemberHello Linas
We do not offer custom features with our service. However, you coudl check out this resource: Find A Customizer.
Also, if you have some development skills, you might find useful information in the Themer’s Guide.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Courtney
MemberHi Jean
Before diving down the CSS route, have you tried writing your own custom excerpts? I’m curious if your theme overrides that setting or not.
I did find this support forum response from Avada that might be helpful: https://theme-fusion.com/forums/reply/reply-to-how-to-control-blog-excerpt-length/
Can you let me know how manually creating excerpts works out?
Thanks,

MemberHi Faye
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? It should let you deactivate it from the staging server and activate it on the live site from there.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Marcus
Can you check if the ‘Disable the Event Search Bar’ is active? Event ยป Settings ยป Display. You’ll want this off to see location search options.
Let me know if that was the issue.

MemberHi Shawn
Is the staging server running the latest version of all plugins, themes, and WordPress?
Have you done a Testing for Conflicts trial on the staging server?
Can you send me a screenshot of the recurring events area?
Thanks,

MemberHi Paul
I was able to see the issue that you are having on http://compressortech2.com/event/gpa-midstream-convention/.
Could you try testing with another theme? If the issue does not happen with a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen, then it’d be worth running through the conflict tests for plugins as well.
Also, has your theme been updated recently?
If it is the theme, then it’d be worth reaching out to their support as well. The sidebar isn’t registering, which is throwing off a lot of formatting.
Thanks,

MemberHello Annette
Could you send me a link to the page this is happening on? I’d like to take a look at the CSS code.

MemberHi Doug
Weโd be happy to help sort the prorated upgrade. Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
And you are correct about Event Aggregator. Your license will work on more than one site, with a limit of 100 scheduled imports across all sites you’ve activated it on.
Thanks,

MemberHi there Annika!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Richard
It looks like when you purchased the license, you bought the business level license. You can choose to instead use a personal license. That license would cover just one domain name instead.
Please email support [at] theeventscalendar [dot] com. We’ll help you transfer to a personal license instead.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jon
I’ve visited your organization before ๐
Have you submitted a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools? It can use the sitemap that the Yoast SEO plugin creates for you.
If you’ve already done that, you can ask Google to recrawl your website. This will prompt them to go back through your whole site to detect additional changes.
Ultimatley, Google will add rich snippets (the preview of your events on your own site) in their own time. The methods I shared above can nudge Google to pick these up sooner, but it is really a waiting game.
Keep us posted if Google starts to implement the rich snippets.
Thanks,

MemberHello Bram
Yes, we just updated Event Tickets Plus as well. https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-event-tickets-plus-4-4-5/.
It is advised that you still test WooCommerce updates on a staging server first.
I hope it goes well for you.
Thanks,

MemberHi Paul
Could you send me a link to several events that are doing this? I went to your site to try looking at the problem, and didn’t experience the issue you have on the same event in the screenshot.
What browser are you using?
Finally, have you tried Testing for Conflicts?
Looking forward to getting this resolved soon.
Thanks,
