Regarding upgrading

    I currently hold a number of licenses for your Event Calendar plugin including:
    – 1 license for Community Events (personal),
    – 1 for Filter Bar (business, with one website using it),
    – 1 for Events Calendar PRO (business, with three websites using it), and
    – 1 for Event Aggregator (100 import license).

    All of my licenses are valid until December of 2017.

    I have a new customers who wants to use the features of PRO, plus has an interest in the Aggregator so that he can import his own Facebook events directly to his website without having to duplicate efforts.

    I have two questions, first…is it possible upgrade from Business level to Agency in the middle of a contract with you, and if so would you prorate it based on the length of use to date? I’ve held these licenses for about 4 months and am wondering if you’d credit the balance of my contract on my current purchases towards an upgrade to Agency level.

    Second, your website indicates that the Event Aggregator allows service for up to 10 sites. Does that mean that I can use my current license on more than one website, with the understanding that it can only do 100 scheduled imports per day between all websites it’s activated on?

    And you are correct about Event Aggregator. Your license will work on more than one site, with a limit of 100 scheduled imports across all sites you’ve activated it on.
