MemberHi Michele
I’d really like this bug to be resolved immediately as well. Until then, our developers recommend downgrading OR using different update authority settings.
When you go to My Account » Downloads, are you able to download the previous version?
Thanks,

MemberThanks Keith
To get you the best help possible, can you open another ticket regarding RSVP notifications?
Thanks,

MemberHi Paul
To export events, go to Settings » Export and select events.
To import events, go to Settings » Import » WordPress (Run Importer) and import the xml file created during export.
Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHello Jose
I see that the problem is with your Excerpts. What is showing there are shortcodes related to your theme or other plugins, rather than an event description.
Please see “The Trouble with Excerpts“.
Can you try creating your own custom excerpt inside the single events and see if they display properly on your /events page?
For more on the basics of Excerpts, see How to Set and Manage Excerpts.

MemberHi Pim
1. open _wp-content\plugins\event-tickets\lang\event-tickets-nl_NL.po_ with PoEdit or the Loco Translate plugin.
2. Look for the source string “(form heading) RSVP” and translate it. Save file
3. If using PoEdit, the upload the _event-tickets-nl_NL.po_ and _event-tickets-nl_NL.mo_ files to _wp-content/languages/plugins_ folder.Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Stacey
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!
It’s also important that you provide the link to your website so that we can see what is happening on your site.
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Erin
When I visited your site to investigate this further, I wasn’t able to reproduce the misplaced organizer drop-down. I tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
What browser are you using? Is the issue still happening for you?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberThanks Aaron
Your existing license can cover a multisite environment. However, it will not auto-update. We’re hoping to get that issue cleared up, but at this time a single license on a multisite doesn’t auto-update.
You can certainly still use it across a multisite up to the number of sites that your license supports. If you outgrow that limit, then a multisite license would be needed.
Hoping you’re site is off and running 🙂

MemberHi Jean
I’d suggest looking at
They are pretty easy to modify. It’s typing in your own brief summary of the post (including our custom post type: events) to control what displays on the front of your site. Currently your theme is causing the full post contents to display. That may be a theme setting that you can modify as Matthew suggested.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,

MemberThanks James. Glad it’s working 🙂

MemberHi Markus
We don’t have a quick way to do this. However, it shouldn’t be too technical either.
For each category, we have a link like this:
http://yourdomain.com/events/category/sports/
http://yourdomain.com/events/category/sports/list <- for list view, etc.
You could make a bulleted list (even in a rough draft of a post), link the category name to the corresponding display, and copy/paste that code (from the text tab in editor) into a text widget.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Jose
I tried to visit your website to inspect the issue further. Unfortunately I received error messages for the entire site. Can you check on that and let me know when it should display?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Josep
The Events Calendar already creates unique URLs for each event category you create. So, for example, if you have a category called “Dance” then you could find it here:
[your-site]/events/category/dance
…and link directly to that instead of /events.
Another method would be to use shortcodes to display your calendar. [tribe_events view=”list” category=”barbecue”].
Let me know if either of these options work for you.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂April 13, 2017 at 6:21 am in reply to: display filter bar with shortcode [tribe_events view="map"] #1269374Courtney
MemberHello Mousset
Unfortunately Filter Bar cannot be displayed via the shortcode. If you want to use Filter Bar, you’ll need to do so on your default events page.
If you’d like us to consider making Filter Bar compatible with the shortcode calendar in the future, please head over to our UserVoice page and start a new feature request. That way other people can vote for it as well.
I tried to visit the link you provided but received an error message.
Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂 -
