MemberHi Dan
Can you send along your System Info as a private reply? I’d like to look at your site, but need the web address.
Thanks,
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberActually, I just checked into this a little further.
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS?
#tribe-events-content .tribe-events-tooltip {
color: #39446d !important;
}
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks ๐

MemberHi Katherine
Could you reach out to Avada’s support to see if they have a suggestion on the tooltip with their theme?
Let us know if they provide a solution. Usually they are pretty quick to work with our plugin since the integrate it in their own unique way into the theme.

MemberHi Dominik
Unfortunately, you’ve come across a known bug. I’ll flag this thread so that you’ll be notified as soon as a solution is available in an update.
Until then, if you’ve set your WordPress time as 24hr time, the correct times will display for visitors. Users will still need to enter in 12hr format.
I hope this fix is released soon.
Thanks,

MemberHi Olivier
If I am understanding correctly, you’d like the plugin to work on all 50 sub-sub-domains? If so, the multisite license will cover that use.
Our purchases representative can clarify for you if the single license can be upgraded or should remain a separate license key. Please email support [at] theeventscalendar [dot] com.
Thanks,

MemberHi Stephen and Colin
You have both found a known bug. I’m sorry this is happening to you. I don’t have an exact date for an update to fix this, but I will flag this thread so that you’ll be notified as soon as it is available.
Thanks,
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberHi Daniel
We don’t have a way to do that within our plugin. The multiple images are actually a default setting in WordPress.
However, you might find a plugin like WP SmartCrop to be helpful.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,

MemberHello รรฑigo
Unfortunately, the Filter Bar plugin does not have a shortcode. In order to use it, you will need to use the default page created by the Events Calendar Pro plugin. However, you can change the view (Events ยป Settings ยป Display) and slug (Events ยป Settings ยป General) of that page. You can see the shortcodes that are designed to be full page width at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/.
If youโd like us to consider making Filter Bar compatible with the shortcode calendar in the future, please head over to our UserVoice page and start a new feature request. That way other people can vote for it as well.
You can use widget shortcodes anywhere in your site.
Is there anything else I can do to help you at this time?
Thanks,
