MemberHello Melanie
Weโd be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to
support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
To be clear, we do have bundles that come with multiple products at once, listed on https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles.
Also https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/ has different quantities of imports available per day, reflected in the license levels of Personal, Community, and Event Hub from a variety of sources.
Events Calendar Pro does have the features of recurring events and additional views as well as shortcode support for various locations on your site. Events Calendar Pro does not offer ways to import events from various sources.
I hope this clears it up. Do let our support staff know if you just want a refund, or if you wanted them to switch which product you purchased.
Thanks

MemberHello Jane
Can you send me a link to your community submit an event page? I’d like to take a closer look.
I’m just double checking on this – have you gone through the Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I’m curious if there’s a plugin or theme conflict happening here too.
Thanks

MemberHello Mark
I believe you could set Google Maps to zoom in more. Go to Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Maps Settings ยป Google Maps default zoom level. Increase this number to the point that you are satisfied.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Peter
You can customize other fields to also make them required. See our guide to get started: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/required-fields-for-events-submission-form/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Tristen
It looks like this might be an issue with Google Maps. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/maps/jXyS0o2Uq38 shows a similar bug.
What is the address that this event should be at? Can you send me a link to the single event listing?
Thanks

So sorry this is happening for you. Weโve made a free plugin available for you that will resolve this.
Check out Advanced Post Manager.
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

MemberHello Katherine
I’m sorry that is happening. I just tested this using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and was able to see the full list of 99 upcoming events. Can you try using that or another default theme, per our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
I’m curious if this is just a setting within your theme. We may be able to override that if so.
Thanks

MemberHello Lars
Wow, I’m sorry that is happening to you.
First, can you go through our Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide? I’m curious if using a default theme has the same result, or disabling all other plugins.
To be sure – Events Calendar Pro (My Account ยป Downloads) shows the current version a 4.4.10, while The Events Calendar is at 4.5.4. Are these the version numbers you are seeing in your plugins as well?
I hope we can get this cleared up quickly for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Rance
Does this same thing happen when you go through the Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide?
I am wondering if this happens when you use a default theme in particular, or if some other plugin is creating a conflict.
Please keep me posted. I hope we can narrow this down quickly.
Thanks

MemberHello Ross
If you feel up for it, you could use our Themer’s Guide to put together a custom teplate override changing the /all to /latest for recurring events. However, weโre limited in helping with customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
Otherwise, I’m sorry that we don’t have a good solution for you.
We’d love your suggestion on this idea. You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Betim
Does this issue happen when using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
What happens when you disable all other plugins, per our Testing for Conflicts guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/).
Do you have the API key installed in only 1 location in your site? Some themes also include a Google Map API setting, and using both can create conflicts.
I hope we can narrow this down quickly for you.
Thanks

MemberHi @SiteCrafting, Iโm afraid we still havenโt had an opportunity to progress this one just yet โ but this forum topic has been attached to our internal bug report so weโll be sure to give you an update as soon as it is ready.
Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated time for this fix.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Bonnie
Is the left float issue happening only on your staging server at this time? I visited your site on record and all looks good so far.
Is the staging server by chance available to view publicly, without logging in?
Thanks
