MemberHello Marianne
Does the same thing happen when using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
Can you also review Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide? I wonder if there is a plugin conflict.
If the issue only happens with the Avada theme, I’d suggest reaching out to them for theme support.
I hope we can get this resolved for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Alex
http://wpshindig.com/event/eventbrite-tickets-demo-event/ is our demo site and specifically an event using Eventbrite.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Selwyn
Our records indicate that your license is valid until May 2018 and that it is activated on cwsjourneys.com. Are you seeing a message on that site indicating otherwise?
I really hope I can help you narrow this down soon.
Thanks

MemberHello Martin
I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue.
I see that you are running the latest version of WordPress and our plugins. Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ had an update available within the past day as well. Did you run that as well? And have you added any other customizations?
Does this same thing happen with all other plugins disabled?
Hoping we can narrow this down quickly for you.
Thanks

MemberHello
You will need to keep The Events Calendars AND Events Calendar Pro both installed at the same time.
At purchase, you should have received an email including your license key and how to download the plugin. You can also download it at My Account Β» Downloads. Your license will be included with that download, so you shouldn’t need to get that again. However, if you do, visit My Account Β» Licenses.
Please let me know if you get both plugins installed and working.
Thanks

Our records indicate http://www.financialmodellingtraining.co.uk is still the active domain.
Can you try again to disconnect that?

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Mark
Can you review the Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide? I am wondering if this is a theme or plugin conflict possibly.
As for the title of the page, I’d suggest reviewing what my colleague Brian has done to help others resolve this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/changing-event-page-title-archives/#dl_post-994564.
Please let me know if this gets you moving in the right direction and how else I can help.
Thanks

MemberHello Leif
Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts guide? I’m wondering if there is a possible plugin conflict happening.
WordPress also just released 4.8. Please test your site with the current versions of all plugins, themes, and core.
I’d suggest doing this with a staging site, or at least making a duplicate of your site in another directory for testing.
Please keep me posted on what you find.
Thanks

MemberHi Remy
Thanks for reaching out to us! ?
Unfortunately, there is no built in way to limit the list view shortcode to only a month. Like you said, that is posible in the month view.
You could achieve what your are looking for with some custom coding, which we do not support. That said, we always like helping out and at least point you in the right direction.
If you are willing to doΒ some custom coding,Β we have a couple of articles that will get you started for your case:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/custom-event-queries/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions and Iβd be happy to help as much possible.
Thanks

MemberHello DeAnne
So sorry about that. Let’s see if this works instead:
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
/*remove event image option from new event form */
.tribe-section.tribe-section-image-uploader {
display: none !important;
}
/*remove event organizer details from new event form */
#event_tribe_organizer {
display: none !important;
}
.tribe-section.tribe-section-taxonomy{
display: none !important;
}
Please let me know if this works.
Thanks
