WP Control Panel dashboard blank after upgrading to 4.5.4

Hi.

I have upgraded Events Calendar / Pro to 4.5.4, and after the upgrade the dashboard in control panel is blank for admin user id 0. Other users still have the controlpanels dashboard.

If I disable Event Calendar 4.5.4 the control panel dashboard returns, but it goes away again if I reenable ECP.

Wow, I’m sorry that is happening to you.

First, can you go through our Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ guide? I’m curious if using a default theme has the same result, or disabling all other plugins.

To be sure – Events Calendar Pro (My Account » Downloads) shows the current version a 4.4.10, while The Events Calendar is at 4.5.4. Are these the version numbers you are seeing in your plugins as well?

I run a big site based on tagdiv theme, and can’t just change theme.

But it have worked until last update – So please look into it.

I do understand not wanting to mess up a live site. For that, we highly recommend testing with a staging server. Do you have one available or can you create a duplicate of your site in a sub-directory and keep it private?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to reproduce this issue and don’t have other reports of anything similar.
