Event Ticket not showing on event page

Hi,

I have event ticket plus installed in my site and seems its not showing the event lately. It was showing before and have no idea why it is not showing now. I tried to deactivate some plugins and retain the event ticket and woocommerce to see if there were conflicts but still not showing. I tried to switch theme as well using Twenty Sixteen theme but still no luck. This is the link of one of the event http://tomorrowsyouth.com.au/event/canberra/. Please help me solve this issue as this is on upcoming event for the client reservation. Your quick reply is much appreciated.

Hi Liza

I’m confirming, you have kept only Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce active, as well as 2016 while testing?

Is there any chance you have customized the core plugin instead of adding customizations to the theme folder?

If these are not the source of the problem, could you delete both Event Tickets plugins and reinstall them? You can get to them via My Account » Downloads.

I am hoping that resolves the issue. Keep me posted.

No, we didn’t customise the plugin.

As you can see, on this page, the tickets are not showing:

Whereas on the other pages, eg, this one, the ticket section is showing:

I deleted the plugin and reinstall it with the new version i downloaded in my account but still not seeing the event here http://tomorrowsyouth.com.au/event/canberra/.

Yesterday we rolled out some updates. Can you be sure to run those updates on The Events Calendar.

While I look into this further, can you send me a screenshot of how you set up the ticket on http://tomorrowsyouth.com.au/event/canberra/. Also, is there any extra code added to the text editor in the description of this event?

Hi Courtney,

I re-install the plugin again to make sure the updates are available but there’s no luck. See screenshot here http://nimb.ws/t8bHzI. Here is the screenshot of the Canberra event in the dashboard http://nimb.ws/RHzgcE. You can see that there are no extra codes added in the backend. Any idea what is going on?

Hi Liza

Do you have any different fields or settings on the other event?

Have you tested this with all other plugins except those made by Modern Tribe disabled (including disabling The Events Calendar Shortcode – that is a 3rd party plugin we did not create)?

I’m going to ping a few developers for further ideas here.

Please note out of 4 events, only 1 is showing the ticket option.

We noticed with the Sydney page, this has an extra line at the bottom (See screenshot), when you click on it, it goes here with error at the bottom (see screenshot):

It was a setting issue.

Its the End Sales Date that was hidden…
