Events Aggregator & Events PRO

Hi there,

I’ve recently purchased an add on (events aggregator) to be able to import events. I thought that I purchased the PRO version which includes this feature. I paid 89USD. Now I would like to add a calendar in week/months view to my site and repeat events. It doesn’t let me to do as I am asked to purchase the PRO version. I believe if I paid $89, I should have got access to PRO. Your website shows that you have the three packages: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

Can you please follow up and tell me what should I do to if I want to add a calendar view to my website, have a repeat option for my events and also be able to import events. Thank you.

I’m sorry for the confusion. Events Calendar Pro and Event Aggregator are different products. Event Calendar Pro does not come with Event Aggregator’s functionality.

Event Aggregator helps with additional imports.

Event Calendar Pro allows for the different views and widgets.

To be clear, we do have bundles that come with multiple products at once, listed on https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles.

Also https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/ has different quantities of imports available per day, reflected in the license levels of Personal, Community, and Event Hub from a variety of sources.

Events Calendar Pro does have the features of recurring events and additional views as well as shortcode support for various locations on your site. Events Calendar Pro does not offer ways to import events from various sources.

I hope this clears it up. Do let our support staff know if you just want a refund, or if you wanted them to switch which product you purchased.
